Measures 1 3/8" in diameter. Has a 'C' clasp that holds securely. There is a small piece of wire wrapped around the hinge.

A palladium blue sapphire and two opals ring from the 1910-20 era. This size 7-1/4 late Edwardian-early Art Deco ring features a pleasing circular loop design with a central deep blue round faceted 45 point (calculated) sapphire flanked by two bright and flashy cabochon opals. The opals have excellent clarity and they have vivid blue and green flash with orange fire. The setting measures 1/2 x 5/16", this ring weighs 2.6 grams and it is stamped PALLADIUM...

This pair of traditional silver ear plugs were worn in the enlarge holes of the Yao woman of China and Thailand. The same filgree pattern is on both sides of the earplugs. The plugs are 1+ inches in diameter and 1/2 inches thick.

This is one of our favorite rings! An elegant and lovely ring made from unmarked but tested 18k yellow gold and a sweet purplish-pink topaz. The ring is size 8, and could be resized. The topaz is set in a modified buttercup setting, with a single golden leaf curling up to meet the stone on either side, and with delicate detail work in the gold. It is in excellent condition. A very attractive pair of Edwardian cufflinks worked in 14K yellow gold, the oval faces decorated in an ornate engine-turned design that looks a bit like a Maltese cross. The interplay of the engraved and polished surfaces are particularly nice. The backs are marked “14K” and have the maker’s mark for Wordley, Alsopp & Bliss.

A beautiful pair of French 18K yellow gold double-faced cufflinks, the round faces decorated with deep green guilloche enamel bordered in opaque white champleve enamel. The gold surfaces under the translucent enamel are decorated with engine-turned engraving in a pattern of concentric circles studded with small dots in a starburst or snowflake arrangement. The faces are joined with the original chain connectors...

A beauty from the past is this Art Nouveau 14Kt yellow gold bar pin. The pin is decorated by 3 multi colored enameled leaves and 4 2.5 mm oriental seed pearls. The length of the pin is 33 millimeters and the width is 6 millimeters.

A pair of acid etched brass Arts and Crafts period brooches by Marshall Field & Co. Chicago. Larger brooch measures 3 3/8" long and 1 1/2" high. Marked on the back 'Made in Our Craft Shop, Marshall Field & Co.' Smaller brooch measures 2 1/2" across and 2" high. These brooches came together. The smaller one is not marked. Originally, this was the largest of a set of 3 graduated matching silver necklaces. They were worn as a set for festival by the Miao Chinese Ethnic Minority women. The necklace was skillfully hand-formed from a sheet of silver into a curving tapered tube with a reposse pattern of 2 dragons chasing pearl. It spans 10.5 inches across.

Circa 1910, this lovely peridot ring is crafted of 18k yellow gold on the shank and back, and a platinum top. It is surrounded by old cut diamonds. The peridot is approximately 5 carats and is of exceptional color. There is approximately .20cttw of old well matched diamonds. The ring is a size 4.25 and is in excellent condition.

This antique necklace consists of large bells alternating with (symbolic) lotus pods. The bells are roughly 1.5 inches long. Though it has a hook closure, it is long enough to slip over the head of the wearer...Really fun to wear but not to the opera. It is made of low grade silver which was commonly used by various tribal groups throughout Central Asian, and the Far East. The filigree work on the bells was most common to Northern India, Himalayas, Nepal.

The garland style, popularized by Cartier, heavily borrowed Louis XVI motifs such as bows, ribbons and laurel wreaths—all seen in this example. A very fine Art Nouveau pendant formed from an exceptionally large natural freshwater pearl mounted in platinum and gold and set with diamonds. The floral platinum mounting features a .15 carat old European diamond and nine single-cut diamonds. The bail is shaped as a clover and is set with three additional diamonds. This stunning large necklace has multi stands of red/orange and black beads. The outside strands are decorated with a few small bronze bell forms and separated with cast bronze separators. This necklace is from Cameroon Africa.
