This splendid Victorian brooch is an example of the Egyptian Revival style. It is silver gilt with a polychrome enamel winged pharaoh. The old style of the tube hinge and C clasp date it as prior to 1900. tube hing. It is marked 800 (for silver content) and has an indecipherable maker's mark. The pin is 1 1/4 " X 5/8". There is a small crack in the enamel of one feather. It is 19th century in age.

Very nice Art Nouveau 10K yellow gold stickpin in the form of a lady’s head. A 4-pt. old mine-cut diamond of very good quality is set at the end of her trailing hair. The surface of the gold has the “bloomed” texture characteristic of Art Nouveau jewelry.

Origin: probably American, circa 1900. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: head, 11/16” x 7/16”; overall length, 2-7/8”. Weight: 1.5 grams.

This is a lovely Victorian pin has a coral branch supporting three dangles with coral beads and a small coral branch. The dangles give movement and liveliness when pin is worn. The whiplash design of the mounting suggests that the design has a strong early Art Nouveau influence. The pin is gold-filled and it is circa 1885.

A Victorian hinged brass bangle, engraved and enameled. Made around 1860, probably English. Inner diameter "2/ 5,2 cm. Condition: some wear consisting with age.

Here is a pair of late 19th-century two-sided cuff links, by a preeminent American maker, decorated with scrolling and undecorated reserves on the oval buttons. All links and connectors are secure; the bridge bars are marked sterling and bear the mark of Larter and Sons, Newark, NJ. The oblong sides measure ¾ inch long and the oval sides measure ½ inch long by 3/8 inch wide. Weight: 5.2 grams total.

This is an ANTIQUE ONYX AND GOLD FILLED FOB with a GRECO ROMAN SOLDIER INTAGLIO. The size of the FOB is 11/16" X 1 1/4" long including the ring; the Fob alone minus the Large Chased Ring measures 11/16" X 11/16". FOUND attached to a FILIGREE LINK 14K YELLOW GOLD CHAIN which is 13" long. Date this GF FOB ca. 1900; the CHAIN ca. 1925- 1950.

A classic Victorian fancy double belcher chain link necklace composed of interlocking fluted and ropetwist links in 14K gold. The fluted links enhances the reflections in the gold, so they offer a more reflective quality that contrasts nicely with the ropetwist links. The chain is substantial enough to be worn alone or suspending a quite large pendant or locket, and the links are open enough that they can suspend multiple smaller pendants or charms...

Amusing shakudo brooch with copper and gold detail featuring a woman in repose. The brooch is braced by a sterling silver mount. Made in Japan. Meiji period, ca. 1880. Excellent condition with fabulous patina.

A vintage late Victorian (unmarked but tested) 9k yellow gold 1-1/4 x 7/8" hair locket c1880s. This pendant features a rose gold bale and wirework surrounding the S monogram. It has a compartment on the back for containing hair, and it weighs 3.2 grams. This item is in good condition with no bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than two small edge dents and the missing glass window with retainer on the back...

An impressive Regency period 15k gold long necklace with ornate slide c1830-40. This superb example measures 62" long, it has a large well-made slide with black enamel, and it is constructed of double pulley-style interlinked gold loops. The 1" across and 1/4" thick slide has an engraved L. Gordon inscription on one side; it is unmarked and unsigned but tests as 15k gold...

An exceptional 18k yellow gold Victorian diamond and genuine sapphires ring dated 1890. This wonderful survivor features an oval rose cut diamond measuring 20-22 points by gauge flanked by four genuine cornflower blue sapphires. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1890-91 and it has the English registry cipher mark (unsual to find on jewellery). It weighs 3.6 grams, it has an A.A maker's mark. It would make a unique wedding band for those who would like more than diamonds...
