Glam vintage pendant necklace in black Lucite with brilliant strass stones. Circa 1970. The large pendant is suspended from a chain made from circular links and oblong pieces. Possibly European. 21 inches wearable length by 5/8 inch wide. The pendant is 2 7/8 inches long with bale by 2 3/8 inches wide. Excellent condition. Photos enlarged to show detail. Animal prints are a top trend and this fabulous piece makes a super statement. Vintage, circa 1970. This feels like Lucite with a lacquered overlay finish forming the zebra pattern on the outside and also on the inside. 1 1/8 inches wide, 1/4 inch thick, and 2 5/8 inches inside diameter. The necklace clasps are marked STERLING and also marked B.A.B. These are possibly Native American made; they came from an estate with a large quantity of Native American pieces. The turquoise beads have a fabulous hand carved softly polished slightly matte rustic finish. Together they weigh 272 grams...

Very big vintage Santo Domingo Native American necklace with slightly graduated carved free form turquoise tab beads with traditional silver cone terminals, and hook and eye clasp. 1970s or earlier.
