Ca 1970 An exceptionally heavy and well made gold plate necklace with matching clip-on earrings. The necklace with extension measures 22" x 1-1/4"; the earrings are 1-1/8" x 1-1/4". Both earrings and necklace are signed.

DESCRIPTION: Late 1900s, a fine sterling pendant with a cut-out flourish on the pendant plate and with a large, colorful calsilica stone, also called "rainbow calsilica," this one reflecting the painted colors of a Southwestern mountain desert at sunset. Very good condition, marked "DTR" (Desert Rose Trading, NM), ".925" (indicating sterling silver). DIMENSIONS: Pendant is 2-1/2" long.

Here is a nice Norwegian pendant from David-Andersen in a stylized spade shape, decorated with a pattern of impressed and textured half-circles. According to an internet source, it was designed by Toril Bjorg for David-Andersen in 1977. It is well marked on the back, and measures 2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches at its widest part. An exceptionally fine Pampillonia 18K gold brooch in the form of a running thoroughbred horse mounted by a jockey. The workmanship is simply outstanding. Every detail of the horse's flying tail and the musculature underlying the coat are beautifully worked. The folds and wrinkles of the jockey's silks are equally detailed. The horse's eye is set with a small round ruby and the hoof of a hind leg touches on a .18-carat round brilliant cut diamond, graded as J color, SI2 clarity...

This larger bracelet measures 8" around and 1 3/4" at the widest. Has a secure box closure and safety chain. Nice warm patina. Interesting contrast of smooth and textured surfaces and polished and oxidized finishes.
