A stand out modernist sterling silver Neck Ring from Finland designed by Pekka Piekainen for Auran Kultaseppa, Oy. He was the head jewelry designer for the company from 1971-89 and had won many prestigious awards.

A large cabochon of Baltic amber with a deep, nicely distributed color is mounted within a sterling floral surround; the mounting has a closed back. The amber exhibits hardly any wear. The back has a working original rollover clasp as well as the maker’s mark of Niels Erik From of Denmark. The pin measures about 1 5/8 inches across.

Unique and audacious showpiece ring by Jens Asby of Copenhagen, Denmark, circa 1970s. The design is striking, as is all the work by this famed silversmith. The large, deep blue stone is held by an interesting bracket which is integral to the design. This open-ended sterling silver ring can be adjusted. This cool pendant / medallion has a great modernist design. It is a concave and convex disk with a radius of 2 inches. It hangs 13" from a link chain. The back is marked PEWTER Jorgen Jensen (in his script hallmark) HANDMADE DENMARK 158. Like all Jorgen Jensen pieces it displays the modernist style. It is in excellent condition.

Has four dangles suspended from a geometric central pendant. The pendant is marked Sterling and J.La. It measures 2 1/2" across and 1 1/4" high. Chain measures 24" long and has a secure spring clasp. The clasp is marked Sterling with some other hallmarks that are too tiny to read. Has minor surface scratches.

The pendant is marked on the inside of the bale with the conjoined EG logo, Crown, 925, and U7 for 1973. Also marked with 925 again, Sterling and Finland. Additionally it is marked E Granit & Co. Design Jewellery.
