Rope designs were used exclusively in Spratling's 1st design period, 1931-46. This amethyst & 980 sterling pendant measures 2" X 1 3/4" X 1 3/8". The box is suspended by a heavy sterling Spratling chain measuring 24" long. Both box and chain are in beautiful condition. The circular clasp is tight and secure. Fully hallmarked WS 980 TAXCO. A gorgeous 18K yellow gold circle brooch surrounding a spray of diamond flowers tied with a golden ribbon. The brooch dates to the reign of Emperor Napoleon III. One flower is centered with a .39-carat rose cut diamond and the other two are set with .17-carat old mine-cut diamonds. The remaining 31 diamonds in the brooch are a mix of rose-cuts, old mine-cuts and single-cuts. The stones are of particularly good quality for the period, with bright color and excellent clarity...

This is a very fine pair of vintage 18K yellow gold cufflinks made by the Swiss luxury jewelry firm Meister, having raised concentric ball shape design attached to mesh links with press stud enclosures, C 1950, each signed MEISTER, makers trademark and 750. Weight: 19.9g; Size: Ball 1/2", Total length-1 3/4"; Condition is excellent.

A wonderfully crafted hand wrought sterling silver necklace depicting a nude woman wrapped around a large druzy stone with two pearls. You can see her from the back on the underside of the pendant.

Pendant measures 3" long including the bale and 2" across. The chain measures 21" around and is held together by small hand wrought connectors. Hook closure holds securely. Marked Sterling and signed with what looks like S. Curran.

A sterling silver modernist link bracelet by Phyllis Sklar, American Mid Century jeweler. Has two layers of sterling with darkened areas for an interesting effect. Measures 6 3/4" long and 3/4" at the widest. Has both the phyllis and stylized 'p' hallmarks and sterling. Hook closure. Has some tarnish and minor surface scratches. Better for a smaller wrist although an extender could be added. Classic Phyllis design.

Beautiful vintage 1970s clip earrings with Lucite elements simulating nephrite jade with outstanding detail. Dark goldtone clips. Probably French. 2 inches long, 1 1/8 inches front to back, and 3/4 inch side to side. Excellent condition. There is original glue showing around the metal back, but this does not show when worn. Excellent vintage condition

A rare pair of mid-century haute couture cufflinks by Pierre Cardin. Each face comprises a carved jadeite bead simply mounted on a gold post. The backs are slightly arched gold bars. The jadeite beads are carved in a floral pattern and are done so in a way that they are carved completely through from one side to another. It’s likely that the cufflinks were constructed from an antique strand of jadeite beads...

This Hobe pin / brooch is 2" in diameter. It is in excellent condition.

Margot de Taxco, Margot van Voorhies Carr shows off sheer genius in this 5127 design. Rare and 1.25in. wide make you stop and take a longer look. Heavy at approximately 70 grams of repousse swirls and beads which make an abstract image of swans swimming. Anything that looks like a dent is reflection or a spot of tarnish. This is an incredibly clean bracelet.

Spratling's Nahui Ollin cuff is often found in a large mens size but this rare one is sized for a woman, is comfortable and will not shake off in movement. It is heavy at 151 grams of high content silver. The amethyst are a gorgeous grape color with no chips or damage. The gap is .75 inches with a diameter of 2 3/8th inches. With a dramatic face front that is 2.25 in. tall the presence is outstanding . One of my favorite designs with thick hand chased details.

A fine and ornate Victorian quadruple foxtail watch chain worked in 18K gold with rubies and bloodstone. Two slides, each with engraved floral decoration and set with cushion cut rubies, enhance the chain. The two slides are drawn close together so the chain plaits itself in the middle. One end of the chain terminates in a dog clip clasp. The other end terminated in a watch key and a fob seal decorated to match the slides...

A simply stunning vintage Necklace by Los Castillo featuring heavy sterling repousse work in a outstanding foliate design. Measures 15 1/2" long, 1" wide, and weighs a heavy 124.5 grams. With the early linear mark of Los Castillo, Taxco, Sterling, Mexico, 116. Hook closure. Lovely deep patina that beautifully highlights the exceptional repousse work. This necklace is a true beauty!
