A vintage mid century modernist pair of screw back earrings in sterling silver and exotic wood by William Spratling. Described as having four curved sterling lines ending in a swirl of exotic wood.

They each measure 1 3/8" long and 1" at the widest.

We love the organic beauty of these Art Nouveau period biomorphic form cufflinks. The camera does not reflect the transluscent light of the slightly mysterious looking natural nuggets of smoky quartz. The gold filled toggle backs are stamped PAT. 29920363. We have a Matl Salas, gold wash, and snake bracelet to match a Matl snake necklace also listed on our site. The length is 8in. long but fits like a 7 in. bracelet because of it's width of .75in. and depth of the weave. The hallmark shown has a worn S and M and is also photographed on it's curved surface. These snakes are a time consuming work as they are hand woven with silver wire. All coils are present and beautifully spaced. The weight is 76 grams heavy.

An unusual pair of Art Deco cufflinks, the faces featuring cabochon cut aventurine glass (goldstone) set in 18K yellow gold bezels. The faces are connected by gold chains to torpedo backs, also worked in aventurine glass. Aventurine glass was invented in Venice in the 1600s, and enjoyed a resurgence of popularity in the 1920s. A very fine pair of 14K yellow and white gold engine-turned cufflinks, the faces set with round brilliant cut blue sapphires. A classic pair of heavy 18K yellow gold earrings by Gucci. The earrings are in a triangular shape with gently rounded corners and are worked in an open basketweave pattern.
