Fabulous signed Gucci goldtone metal and guilloche enameled link long necklace which can also be worn as a belt. Marked GUCCI and MADE IN ITALY. Each link is also marked S in a lozenge shape. 1970s. An iconic vintage Gucci piece, these were also made in shorter (18 to 20 inch) but otherwise identical versions to be worn as necklaces only. The enameled links are slightly convex and curved. This Korda 'riding guard' from the Thief of Bagdad is gold plated base metal. This item was inspired by the guards on horseback who, in the film, make their way through the crowd, for the princess' arrival. This fabulous bracelet by Schaverien & Eastmead of Birmingham, England, is 7” long and 3/8” wide at the widest points. Each panel features enamel shading from dark green to pale green to magenta and back again. In between each panel is a round blister pearl.
