A lovely older Cartier 18K yellow and white gold ring set with a .347-carat round brilliant diamond. Over a carat and a half of old cut diamonds surrounding a 2.20 carat natural blue sapphire. All set in a platinum on 14k gold setting. There is a wired frame of tiny seed pearls surrounding the whole thing. It is completely unmarked but all aspects have tested as such. The two largest diamonds measure approximately .40 cts each.
