A handsome pair of 14K yellow gold double-faced cufflinks by Carter, Gough & Howe. The faces are formed from oval mother-of-pearl plaques surrounded by borders of opaque royal blue enamel and centering small pearls. The enamel borders have exposed gold dots and engraved rims. A lovely 18K yellow gold, diamond and ruby love pendant (“medaille d’amour”) with a rebus spelling out Plus qu’hier, moins que demain,” (“More than yesterday, less than tomorrow.”) a line from the love poem written by Rosemonde Gérard to her husband Edmond Rostand (author of “Cyrano”) in 1889. This is a very unique probably American made late Victorian 10Kt pink gold and rose diamond bangle bracelet with a flower design. The two clusters and the surrounding design is set with 24 various size and quality rose cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all rose diamonds is 1.20Ct. The bracelet is quite heavy since it is NOT made of hollow gold, and fits an average or slightly larger than average wrist.

A handsome mid-Victorian Scottish agate pendant featuring pear-shaped cabochons of bloodstone ("heliotrope") and carnelian in a fine gold setting.
