Very fine pair of late Art Noveau 18K gold double-sided cufflinks. The faces show a beautifully designed young woman's face stylized wisps of hair cascading around a porthole-like frame. The design is really superb. The connectors open so the cufflinks are easy to put on. The backs are marked with French 18K import marks. The rather severely stylized design suggests that they are of Belgian or German (possibly Austrian) origin.

Carved Shell Cameo set in a silver frame with a gold colored rope twist accent. The frame is marked only 800 in an oval and is most likely Italian. The carving is excellent, with highlights of different colors left in the hair. The frame has a pin closure and a moveable bail so it can be worn as a pin or a pendant.
