A beautiful and rare 950 silver bracelet with cabochon stones of amethyst,green beryl, pink tourmaline, and citrine by Brazilian jeweler Haroldo Burle Marx who was the brother of Roberto Burle Marx, also a jeweler and notable landscape architect. This bracelet was designed for and sold at The Altomar Collection, which was a small boutique in the Watergate Hotel in Washington D.C. from 1982 until 1999. A sterling silver modernist bangle bracelet by noted Mid Century jeweler, Caroline Gleick Rosene. This bracelet is textured on some surfaces and smooth on others for an interesting contrasting effect. Marked Sterling Rosene on the inside. The mark is partially struck. Measures approximately 8" around. The bangle is easy to put on because of the oval shape. Great example of Mid Century studio jewelry.

A large 18K yellow gold Sputnik ring by H Stern. The dome is bezel-set with round amethysts, citrines, aquamarines, peridots, green tourmalines, pink tourmalines and garnets. The Sputnik design was created in the 1950’s to highlight the range of colored gemstones available from Stern’s Brazilian mines. It later came to be called “Sputnik” for its resemblance to the spiky Soviet satellite launched in 1957...

A great, early sterling silver cuff bracelet by Francisco Rebajes with a large silver wire wrapped glass orb. Marked Sterling, Original Hand Wrought Design, and Rebajes on the back. Measures 4 3/4" around with an opening of 1 3/8". Could probably be adjusted slightly but meant to wear snuggly so the orb doesn't roll around. Measures 1 3/8" at the widest. Fine condition. There are some minor surface scratches to the finish. The glass looks like a large drop of water...

This very flexible Diamonbar bracelet was pat. March 20,1917. It was made by the Wachenheimer Brothers, Inc., manufacturers of costume jewelry. They began their business in 1907 and ceased operation in 1931. They were located in Providence, Rhode Island.

A nice Georgian locket in the form of a Maltese cross with a central rock crystal locket compartment. The arms of the cross are made from faceted carnelian plaques mounted in gold around the central compartment. The compartment was intended to hold the woven hair or perhaps a miniature portrait of a loved one. A classic pair of Edwardian almandite garnet cufflinks, the oval gemstones set simply in 18K yellow gold collet settings. The faces are attached by chains to torpedo backs. The garnets are of nice quality, having a slightly more orange coloring than is typical of almandite--nearly in the color range for spessartite garnet. Tested and guaranteed 18K.

A stunning pair of 18K yellow and white gold earrings by Faraone in cooperation with Tiffany & Co. The yellow gold half-hoops are accented with white gold "stems" that burst open flowers set with marquise cut rubies. The rubies have fine slightly purplish-red color saturation. Intact inclusions indicate that the rubies are unheated. Faraone was one of the oldest jewelers in Italy, serving as court jeweler to the Royal household and to luminaries such as Maria Callas...

Beautifully 1960s detailed necklace or belt in goldtone metal with tassels, colorless and topaz glass faceted stones, and very big unfoiled openbacked topaz glass cabochon stones. A definite Schreiner piece; the faceted colorless stones are inverted (set points up), the dogtooth prongs, "piecrust" back settings, and rhinestone chain are all key Schreiner construction hallmarks. Hook close. 34 inches wearable length and the tassels drop 4 inches. Very good condition...

A 14K gold Masonic stick pin set with genuine seed pearls circa 1910 1920. This vintage yellow gold 2-3/8" length pin has a 7/16 "x 3/8" top in the shape of the protractor symbol used by the Masons fraternal organization. Great to hold a tie in place, or for a jacket lapel or a cravat pin. It weighs 1.0 grs., it is marked with a manufacturer's mark and 14 K. It is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Vermeil or silver gilt shoe buckle set with paste, the setting arranged as a ribbon with a stripe of green enamel. French, c 1770-80, no visible hallmarks, but traces of an old assay to ascertain the silver content. Length "3/ 7.3 cm. Condition: wear to the enamel and to the gilt of the prongs (cf. pics).

Vintage, Very Danish Scandinavian looking silver bracelet stamped: DANECRAFT REG'D STERLING with mystery mark of Lion's Head facing a "C" or is there a Canadian connection? Maybe not a mystery; a Canadian mark? This is not the typical c in a circle copyright mark.
