Beautiful distinctive antique gold ring with two luminous globe shaped moonstones. The ring has Etruscan style wirework and an unusual oval shape. Not marked but tests positive for 14KT gold with jeweler's acid. Late 19th century. It weighs 2 grams. Each moonstone is 5 millimeters. The top is 1/2 inch long. Ring size 4. Excellent condition. An abstract modernist mixed metals brooch by Irvin and Bonnie Burkee. Copper with sterling silver overlay. Measures 1 1/4" long and 5/8" wide. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Marked BURKEE on the back. Has some tarnish and minor surface scratches. Interesting piece from a well know Mid Century artisan.

An early Danish Skonvirke 826 silver brooch signed BH and with a dragonfly for Bernard Hertz, Copenhagen 1893-1937. He was a silversmith who was well known for his early Skonvirke designs.

Measures 2 7/8" long and 2 3/8" at the widest. Has a round bezel set green stone cabochon, maybe Chrysoprase, at the bottom and a larger bezel set oval darker green cabochon at the top.

Sterling modernist star earrings by the famous NYC silversmith, Ed Wiener, c.1952. These hand made asymmetrical stars with recessed oxydized silver solid centers and shiny silver forming the raised outline of the stars are expansive and exciting. A pair of vintage sterling silver hand wrought floral brooches by Stavre Gregor Panis, who was a member of the Boston Society of Arts and Crafts. The round one may be a poppy. The smaller one may be a gladiola.
