Heavily carved with an Aztec motif this vintage sterling cuff was designed & signed c. 1940's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. The bracelet is 1 1/2" high & weighs 107 grams. It has a 1 inch gap opening and will fit up to a 6 1/2 inch wrist. Beautiful condition. Fully hallmarked on reverse. This design is pictured on p. 39 of MEXICAN SILVER by Penny Morrill & Carole Berk.

This is a reverse painted pair of cuff links set in unmarked gold plate on sterling with a double sided racing scene depicting a jockey on horseback jumping a gate, finely hand painted enamel on mother of pearl encased in crystal, English. Measurements: 5/8 in long x 1/4 in wide. The design is in excellent condition, wear to the gold on sides and the shank and jump ring on the back.
Circa 1930's-40's, this hand-wrought necklace is hallmarked with a simple early mark "Silver Mexico".
I have previously had the identical design which was produced by Rafael Dominguez, as well I've seen it with the Antonio Pineda early mark.
Twenty-seven lyre shaped panels are linked together with rectangular connectors topped with a copper bead set in the center of two silver beads. The looped hook closure is topped with four beads, copper alternating with silver...
This wonderful brooch exhibits a foliate, flowering branch motif. Its 3 circular, petals are slightly convex with striations to central buds. The curved stems are adorned with the same buds / balls (just a bit larger). This piece measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/4" x 1/4". The back is marked STERLING with the Carl - Art (CA with an arrow through it) maker's mark: Carl-Art, Inc. Providence, Rhode Island). This pin is circa 1950's or 60's. It has good heft and is in excellent condition.
A handsome pair of cufflinks, worked in 19K yellow gold and featuring oval carved bloodstones enhanced with gold bead centers. The bloodstone has a nice deep green color with minute flecks of red. The gold setting behind the bloodstone is formed as a decorative floral design. The torpedo backs are connected by chains. The backs are stamped with Portuguese hallmarks for 19.2K gold.

Silver and moonstone brooch with a raised and oxidized design in Celtic style. Unmarked except for a very small cross-like mark on the pin. Tested for a silver content of at least 800 / 1000 and probably Scottish, c 1900. Length "2 ½/ 6.5 cm, security clasp. Condition: fine.

A stunning Retro 18K yellow gold strap bracelet of flat hexagonal links in the Van Cleef & Arpels style. A lovely late Victorian 14K yellow gold locket, the front decorated with a coiled snake with a diamond-set head. The serpent’s head and tail are twisted together forming a circle that, in Victorian symbology, represented the eternal nature of love. The snake’s body is very nicely detailed and the 5-point old mine cut diamond has bright color and good clarity.
