Today we are offering a signed Taxco 980 necklace constructed using the technique of repousse. This necklace is made with thick silver weighing 109 grams. The length is 18.5 inches. Each link going around the neck is 2.25in. long. The drop is 2.75 inches across and 2 inches tall. It bears a natural patina and has no damage or repairs. The stones are without chips or cracks. There are natural striations naturally inside the stone which is familiar to Mexican Silver just, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Composed of three outwardly curved hinged panels embossed with scenes of Mexican country life. It is secured by a tongue-and-groove clasp and a security chain. The back of the clasp bears the circular mark of CJB; the maker’s name of Diaz Santoyo is impressed on the tongue in block letters (there is no image of this part of the mark). A classic Victorian honeymoon brooch in 14K yellow gold. The traditional crescent shape supports a gold violet enameled in rich shades of rose, purple and cream and accented with green veining on the petals. The flower is centered with a small ruby.
