Composed of a trapezoidal enamel center of a red-orange and black mottled design, within a pierced cast sterling frame of geometric designs. The frame is of irregular width and is enhanced with oxidation. The C-clasp is secure; the matte-finish back is marked ”STG. SIL,” usually attributed to Australia or New Zealand, with the unidentified maker’s mark, possibly FM. The piece measures 1 ¾ inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. Weight: 13.3 grams

These c. 1910 cuff links exemplify a classic design by a preeminent American maker. Oval, both sides with 14-kt gold backs inset with black mother-of pearl and enhanced with a center seed pearl. The rims are likely platinum. The gold bridge bars are marked for Larter and Sons, Newark, NJ. Each side measures 5/8 inch long by 3/8 inch wide.

A hand-assembled chain necklace composed of tiger’s eye beads and silver rope chain, beads and cylinders. The tiger’s eye beads are secured by wound wire links; the other elements are connected by securely soldered rings. The spring-ring clasp is in good working order and is original to the piece. It is a very solidly made piece. It is unmarked, but all main metal elements test strongly for silver. Doubled, the chain measures 17.5 inches.

This continuous chain is beautifully made, composed of tiny rectangles that are attached in perpendicular links. It has a substantial feel and has a seamless, snake-like movement. It works with a pendant or as a classic look by itself, doubled or tripled. Doubled, the chain measures 29 ¼ inches long. It is unmarked, and has a soft patina like old silver; it is probably silver plated, and dates from the 1960s or 1970s.

A very handsome 14K yellow dress set comprising cufflinks and four shirt studs. The faces are formed as slightly arched rectangular faces with canted corners and ropetwist borders. Each face is centered by an oval blue star sapphire, and the cufflinks also feature a pair of gypsy-set diamonds on each side of the star sapphire. This is a large pair of William Spratling 1st phase shell earrings weighing in at 20 grams heavy. They are 1 3/8th's inches tall and .75in. wide at the widest. These Spratling earrings show great dimension with the repousse and incredible detail in their form. These are a pair of his best in excellent condition with no dents or damage.

A classic pair of 18K yellow gold stirrups in the “stirrup” style popularized by Cartier. The surfaces are decorated with engraved parallel lines. This type of decoration, combined with the unusually angular shape, gives this pair of cufflinks a very modernist feel. The cufflinks are fully stamped with French 18K gold hallmarks.

This Scottish blood stone, brass & cairngorn brooch is 1 3/4" in diameter. The brass fillagree base is very similar to Miriam Haskell backs. There are for round blood stone disks measuring 3/8" in diameter and 4 diamond shaped.

Blood stone is Plasma with red sports of iron oxide. Plasma is dark green, opaque chalcedonly quartz with the color coming from the chlorite.

This sterling circus horse pin looks a lot like David Mir's circus horse except that this circus horse is made of sterling vermeil. It is 2 1/2" tall and 2 1/4" wide. It is hallmarked sterling. The only major difference is the lack of enameling. This horse also has very elaborately decorative trimmings. I know that the real one for sure is worth $1600.00 +_ if you can find one.

A delicate necklace of double rows of green and white enameled flowers on gilded sterling, from the 1960s. There is an unidentified maker’s mark on the tongue and groove clasp, which is also marked sterling and Norway. The necklace measures 14 ½ inches long and ¾ inch wide. Weight: 64.4 grams

Engraved with an elongated diamond pattern on rectangular panels, with ovular anchor links, these 1960s cuff links have a modern, angular look. The bridge bars bear the maker’s mark of Bernhard Hertz, Copenhagen (1936- ). All connections are in good working order; the cuff links show hardly any wear. The rectangular pieces measure 7/8 inch long by ½ inch wide. Weight: 9.2 grams

These elongated silver cuff links are set with cobalt blue spinels, enhanced with an applied silver wire. Each bridge bar is marked for .835 silver; the anchor bars are decorated with engine-turned engraving. All connections and both hinges are intact and show no stress; there is a tiny nick on the underside edge of one cuff link. They date from the 1950s and measure about 1 ½ inches long by ½ inch at the widest part.

These stylish 1960’s design 14Kt yellow gold and cabochon coral earrings are from the famed San Francisco department store Gump’s. Each earring is centered by a 12 X 16 millimeter oval cabochon pale colored coral set in a bezel with double row rope frame, and omega backs.

A copper cuff with deep patination and a leaf-like design of crimped and scored edges. Bright, convex, circular motifs contrast nicely with the darkened surface, with curled terminals. This whimsical pea pod pin is handcrafted and decorated with a curling vine, the peas made of graduated malachite beads strung on a wire. The rollover clasp is secure, and the pin is well balanced when worn. It measures 2 ½ inches long by ¾ inches wide. It is conservatively dated at 1960s, and could be older. The pin is marked sterling.

A thin bangle with textured surface is set with four faceted natural rubies. They are bezel mounted with open backs, securely soldered to the bangle. The rubies are highly included and probably untreated; one has slight surface abrasions. The bangle has a 2 ½-inch internal diameter, and an inner circumference of about 8 inches. Each setting measures about ½ inch by 3/8 inch. The bangle is 1/16 inch wide. It is marked 925 for sterling silver.
