This highly decorated bracelet features a strong repoussée design of flowers and scrolls, on backgrounds of white and black enamel. Inside is the mark for Norway silver, and the maker’s mark of Andresen & Scheinpflug of Oslo. The bracelet is secured by a rod that slides into a cylinder, attached to a chain. This bracelet is constructed of brass and glass but has the look and heft of a quality piece of precious jewelry. It has a machine-age design of hinged semi-circular pieces connected with concealed pins, allowing it to comfortably hug the wrist without separating. It is set with square-cut pieces of yellow glass resembling citrines; one of the prongs shows some tool marks and looks to have been tightened, but all ‘stones’ are secure. This handmade clip exhibits a strong arts and crafts influence with a nod toward modernism. It features a hand-wrought leaf with incised veins and circular tool marks around the edges. A band of silver is applied at the top in a rough pinwheel design. A clip mechanism is attached to the back; it shows a patent number that dates to 1932. Beautiful creamy palest yellow ivory Bakelite bangle carved in a stylized bamboo form. Circa 1960. Tests positive for Bakelite. Rare modernist earrings by Irvin and Bonnie Burkee, a husband and wife team who created unique jewelry in their studio from the late 1940s until the 1970s. The minimalist aesthetic sterling silver earrings are circa 1950s, and feature discs each decorated by a single silver sphere. The earrings are screw-backs, and the tops measure .75" in diameter. An exquisite platinum and diamond brooch in the form of a turtle by Tiffany & Co. This pin is well made, evoking movement with elongated, stylized leaves. It is marked on the back VikingCraft and sterling, and has a secure rollover clasp. An incredibly detailed sterling silver pin depicting a boxer dog. The workmanship is simply outstanding, with every tiny detail of the dog’s fur, wrinkles, etc. fully worked in this deeply three-dimensional brooch. The back is hallmarked “Ballou Sterling”. B. A. This Victorian Scottish gray agate brooch measures 2 7/8" by 1 7/8".

This silver pin has an intriguing, dynamic design of overlapping hollow half-moons. The asymmetrical feature of the design is sophisticated, and the piece is well constructed with a substantial feel. It has a secure rollover clasp and is marked Industria Argentina on the back. There is also a code that looks to be U51 and a partial silver mark in a diamond reserve, most likely .900. This classic Art Deco ring is composed of two half-moons of carnelian flanking a vertical row of marcasites. The carnelian is secured by four split prongs, and there is an embossed scroll design along both sides of the shank that shows a bit of wear. The bottom part of the band exhibits a small applied piece of silver, most likely from sizing. The inside of the band is marked sterling. The oval top of the ring measures about 3/4 inch by 5/8 inch. It is sized at a 4 1/4.

A very attractive pair of Napoleon III 18K yellow gold cufflinks, the canted square faces studded with round mixed-cut rubies and old mine cut diamonds. A very attractive pair of Victorian 14K yellow gold bean-back cufflinks finished in the softly bloomed “Russian” finish popular in pieces from the Art Nouveau era. The oval faces are simply finished with a beaded border and are star-set with small round brilliant cut rhodolite garnets. Here is a mid-20th century handmade ring of two types of wood mounted in a sterling silver frame. The wood is carved into small squares. The rectangular top is soldered to a sterling band and rises about 1/2 inch from the finger. The ring is unmarked, but tests for sterling. The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. A beautiful French silver-topped 18K yellow gold floral pin from the era of Emperor Napoleon III. The pin is designed as a spray of three flower buds, each just about to open into a different color. The flowers are bead-set with rose cut diamonds, and the colors are represented by rows of cushion and round cut sapphires, rubies and emeralds. Each bud is centered by a larger rectangular cushion cut diamond set in prongs. A pair of diamond-set leaves and a small diamond-set bud appear below. ...

A nice pair of oval-faced cufflinks worked in platinum over 18K gold, each face set with a 4-pt single-cut diamond and a 4-pt square step cut blue sapphire. The stones are set on the bias and are highlighted with raised platinum bars that are slightly polished to contrast with the matte finish of the surround platinum background.
