An interesting late Retro 14K yellow gold bracelet worked as a series of sextupled cable links that are slightly flattened so they splay out sideways to create a wide bracelet with a sort of optical illusion effect. The clasp is decorated so the bracelet appears seamless when being worn. The open link design makes this a perfect bracelet to wear on its own or with chunky, heavy charms. This pair of 18Kt white gold natural sapphire and natural diamond cluster earrings project elegance and style. The masterfully created earrings are centered by two oval sapphires with the approximate total weight of 0.90Ct, and the sapphires are surrounded by 20 full cut diamonds with the approximately total weight of 0.40Ct. The oval clusters measure 10 X 6 millimeters. The earrings have posts with secure ear knots.

This elegant stickpin features a stylized flower design, based on a Japanese family crest. It is marked “k20” on the back, and tests as a very strong 20kt, so it might be finer. The flower head measures 1/2 x 7/8”, and the whole pin is 2-1/2” long. It weighs 2.4g. The pin is a little bent, not surprisingly given the high gold content (please see photos), and course that can’t be seen when it’s worn, and could easily be straightened. This pretty ring consists of a flower made of six pearl “petals” (one of which is a replacement), centered by a tiny rose cut diamond. There is a compartment underneath, perhaps for storing a lock of hair, but no glass. The ring tests as a very strong 14kt, so it is probably 15kt (and therefore English). Cobalt blue enamel decorates the shoulders, which we’ve had touched up – this ring was obviously very well loved, and it’s still beautiful! Size 6. Early Victorian or late Georgian...

A substantial set from Taxco's "middle period" this stunning necklace and earrings demi combines chunky cylinders of azur-malachite with shadow-box sterling box links. This elegant pin/pendant consists of an oval of onyx in a sterling frame. The bail tests as 14kt, the pin stem tests as 10k yellow gold. In the center are inlaid gold stars, and along the periphery are inlaid flowers, most likely platinum. The frame is decorated with a silver twist, and a floral motif. These gigantic dangle clip earrings are stunning! Signed YSL and measuring 4 1/2" long and spreading 3 1/2" wide, these goldtone earrings present a starburst effect. They are studded aurora borealis channel set rhinestones. The dangle is topped off with a large citrine colored glass cabachon. A coiled spring on the clip makes for ease of wearing.

This necklace was purchased in Milan in the late 1970's. It is stunning in its simplicity. The design and sparkle of the attached disk is eye catching. Note the interesting metal, between silver and gun metal in color. Chain 18" long. Disk 1 3/4" high, 1 3/8" wide.

The cobras on the choker and earrings are not the least intimidating. Rather they bring a smile and a sense of admiration for their whimsy and fun. This set is among HAR's masterpieces of fantasy figurals. From a gold plated rope chain a teal green cobra curls. He is bedecked with topaz iridescent rhinestones and chunky purple stones. What can be said about this set except Spectacular! If worn against black, the glittering rhinestones seem to float, unattached. If worn against a colored fabric , the japanned (blackened) metal sets off the rhinestones in a stunning and dramatic fashion.
