This great, puffer fish / blow fish pendant can also be worn as a charm. It measures 1 1/8" from mouth to tail and is 3/4" "tall." It has blue rhinestone eyes and a wonderful, Mexican design. The tail is marked MEXICO 925, below initials that looks like CRL - ( all marks are slightly unstamped--see pictures). It is in excellent condition.

Luscious heavy coral glass beaded hand knotted 62 inch long necklace, circa 1970. From the estate of a New York socialite; I had several necklaces like this and this is the last one. Spring ring brass clasp. Large 12 mm diameter beads hand knotted with matching coral thread. Color is warmer and pinker than in photos. 62 inches long and the beads are 1/2 inch wide. Excellent condition. No losses to beads. There is one open air bubble in one bead; pictured but not noticeable when worn.

Slender, elongated, hand-wrought fine silver feathers that end in a playful curl make up this set of "swan wing" modernist earrings by Antonio Pineda. A stunning, fabulous vintage bib necklace with draped strands of glass beads and glass based faux pearls strung on silvertone chains, a large center element in gunmetal gray openwork metal with a huge colorless glass stone, and a matching ornate hook clasp. 1960s or 1970s, by the Italian maker Pellini, and never worn, with its original paper hang tag, which is marked PELLINI MILANO MADE IN ITALY...

A lovely 18K yellow and white gold, ruby and enamel love pendant (“medaille d’amour”) with a rebus spelling out Plus qu’hier, moins que demain,” (“More than yesterday, less than tomorrow.”) a line from the love poem written by Rosemonde Gérard to her husband Edmond Rostand (author of “Cyrano”) in 1889. The word “plus” is symbolized by a plus sign in white gold and the word “moins” by a minus sign set with rectangular cut synthetic rubies...

A handsome pair of double-sided 18K yellow gold cufflinks, the round faces featuring an ornate pattern of woven gold “threads”. The faces are joined by chains. Each cufflink is fully hallmarked with French 18K gold marks and with an unidentified maker’s mark.

One of my favorite female designers of Mexico's 20th c. Silver Renaissance (and admittedly, they aren't so many to begin with), Carmen Beckmann was a rather flexible maestra, able to create in many different styles. using a variety of materials. Her jewelry can be massive and jaw-dropping but quite as easily delicate and more sophisticated...

This beautiful ring is just under a size 6 (perhaps 5.75). It has a lovely foliate design topped off 3 flowers with prong set, very colorful opals inside. The band is marked 10K and MCO with a maker's mark with which I am unfamiliar. It has good heft and is in excellent condition.

An amazing sterling and fire opals bracelet by Mexican designer Carmen Beckmann. The stones are varied and vibrant in color and are all in beautiful condition. Beckmann is one of the few well known women Mexican silversmiths of her time, active primarily in the 60's and 70's and having a shop in San Miguel de Allende. Measuring 8" end to end, this bracelet is 7/8" wide and weighs 103 grams. No condition issues, secure push in clasp. Signed as shown. A rare and spectacular Beckmann piece.

14K yellow gold (stamped 14K with hallmark on inside of ring) garnet cluster ring with a total of 6 bright red round-cut rubies surrounding one similar size and shape garnet. Top of ring has a diameter of approximately 6 mm. Size 5. Can be resized easily by a competent jeweler. Weight: 2.7 grams

Amazing fabulous very big matched pair of clear Lucite tube shaped bangles with studded with two kinds of very brilliant stones: colorless and aurora borealis finished. Late 1970s, possibly French or Italian. The Lucite is bright and clear with no yellowing. Each is 7/8 inch wide, 5/8 inch thick, and 2 5/8 inch inside diameter.
