A vintage sterling silver modernist pendant and necklace by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Pendant reminds us of an abstract spiderweb. Pendant measures 3 1/8" long to the top of the bale and 2 1/8" at the widest. Chain is attached at the bale and closes with a spring clasp that holds tightly. Chain measures about 17" around. Marked on the bale with the hallmark for Sten and Laine, 925H for sterling, Town mark for Turku and T7 for 1972. Very nice condition...

Mid-century silver and amethyst ring by Mexican Master silversmith Antonio Pineda. One of his very recognizable designs, perhaps you are fortunate and have the necklace, bracelet or earrings that match this ring. It is a size 5 1/2 - 6, weighs 11 grams, and is in fine original condition. There are no chips or cracks to the amethysts. There are inclusions under the surface of the stones as typical of amethyst. Signed as shown. Everything Antonio Pineda created is a masterpiece.

A wonderfully crafted brooch of 18K & 24K gold with a central carved piece of coral by Miyé Matsukata who had Atelier Janiyé in Boston.

An elegant pair of 1960-s 14Kt yellow gold and pearl earrings are centered by high luster 3.5 millimeter cultured pearls. The six engraved petals on each earring form a 1” diameter flower, and the earrings have wire backs with hook closures.

An elegant solid bangle bracelet worked in 14K yellow gold. The bangle has pierced foliate motif, and is set with sapphires and diamonds. Three round sapphires interspersed with four single-cut diamonds are set in platinum at the front of the bangle, and three additional sapphire stations are at the back. The stones have vibrant pure blue coloring and are unheated, likely from Ceylon. Tested and guaranteed 14K.

Tlingit or Haida 14k hand made whale or dolphin ring, Alaska, c.1970's. Typical design shows coiled sea animal and is size 8 1/2 but can be made slightly larger or smaller because it is not soldered. This rare charm / pendant is sterling silver and ocean blue enamel: so apropos. It is shaped like The Isle of Man with the 3 connected legs (see pictures). It measures 1" x 1/2". It is from The Arts and Crafts period (1890-1920). This Arts and Crafts movement allowed artisans / jewelers to enjoy using silver and enameling. These earrings produced by Hector Aguilar are a book-piece design, shown p. 87 Silver Masters of Mexico. They have a stunning deco design, with bell shaped pendants which are deeply incised. The recesses are oxidized, and 5 pendants dangle below. Screwbacks work perfectly. These measure 2 1/2" long, 1 1/16" wide. Weight is 19.4 grams. Signed and hallmarked "HA 940 Taxco" with the eagle assay 9. Collector quality.

A vintage c1920s silverplated 1-3/8 x 1" Egyptian style scarab pin. The glass scarab is claw-set and the pin retains some of the original black and brown painting. An elegant Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold bracelet comprising individual links fashioned as abstract bellflowers, each set with an oval cabochon rhodolite garnet. Each link is further enhanced with appliques to suggest leaves, tendrils and seed pods. The overall design is very much in the Jensen expression of Skonvirke. The rhodolite garnets have lovely purple coloring. Tested and guaranteed 14K.
