Bearing the signature of maestro Barrera this carefully made figural brooch depicts a richly clad person, most probably a nobleman or priest, with hands forming a very distinct gesture as if he takes part in a ritual or is performing a dance. Barrera , I suspect, worked in Mexico City, and created some impressive jewelry in the style associated with it...

Stunning vintage necklace in YSL's signature bohemian chic style, with seamless black Lucite beads, goldtone metal beads and drops, and black silk tassels, all strung on a fine metal chain in typical French construction. A fine Edwardian 14K yellow gold and platinum bangle bracelet, the top set with four sets of three round brilliant sapphires separated by rows of round single-cut diamonds. The sapphires are superb quality, with medium-tone, vivid violetish blue color in sunlight and a nearly pure violet color in incandescent light. The stones are eye-clean and are perfectly matched. Color-change sapphires are rather uncommon and matched stones such as these are very rare...

This Matilde Poulat necklace bears her earliest block hallmark "Matl", and dates 1934-1940. It's a rare and beautiful piece, and it's also collector quality. Exquisitely hand-wrought, and it lays perfectly on the neck. A wonderful necklace which can be worn easily with any outfit and occasion. Measures 16" closed, wearable length. Width is 3/4". Weight is 69.7 grams. In excellent vintage condition with absolutely no issues whatsoever.

A fine and very heavy pair of 18K yellow gold cufflinks the in the “stirrup” (“etrier”) style popularized by Cartier in the late Art Deco period. The cufflinks are formed as sharply arched bands of open curb link chain. The hinged closing mechanism is hidden inside the cuff when the cufflinks are being worn. Each cufflink is fully hallmarked with French “tete d’aigle” hallmarks for 18K gold and with a master goldsmith’s mark.

18k rose gold bangle done in the Etruscan Revival style. It has a row of prong-set Persian turquoise cabochons flanked by two rows of natural half-pearls. There is Etruscan bead work and scroll work down the sides, along with some delicate green gold leaves. The bangle is hinged on the sides and opens and clasps at the direct bottom. It has a secure safety chain as well. It fits up to a 6.5" wrist. The pearl and turquoise portion on the top measures approximately 1.75" long and 3/8" wide...

A great example of Finnish brutalist design, a pendant necklace of textured bronze attributed to the Swedish jewelry designer, Owe Johanssen. There are many similar designs attributed to him. The bale is marked Made in Finland.

Pendant measures 2" at the widest and 2 3/8" in total to the top of the bale. Chain measures 19" long and has a clever adjustable slide in locking closure.

A very fine pair of Art Deco cufflinks, the front faces comprising carved natural green jadeite discs edged in black enamel. The jade plaques, with bright grass green coloring with moderate mottling and translucency, are carved in a traditional stylized floral motif. A pair of vintage sterling silver 'SLING' ear cuffs or earrings by Tone Vigeland for Norway Designs Plus workshop. Meant to be worn around the ear without the need for piercing. Designed in 1958.

A 14k yellow gold ring featuring a teardrop cut genuine aqua blue topaz with two single point diamonds circa 1970s 1980. This vintage size 6-1/2 or 6.5 ring is 3/8" across the setting, it weighs 2.6 grams, and it is stamped 14K. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a scratch along the table of the stone (barely visible)...

This mod sterling silver cross measures 1" x 5/8" x 1/4". It is from The Studio genre by famous silversmith Henry Steig. It is slightly convex. The back is marked STEIG and STERLING beneath. Circa 1950's. FREE US STANDARD S/H

This Mexican sterling bracelet has a warrior-like feel, with its shield-like openwork panels. The domed centers are set with small black glass cabochons that could be obsidian. The tongue-and-groove clasp is very secure, and the connectors between the panels exhibit are well soldered. The bracelet bears the unidentified mark of VGV (per Bille Hougart’s book), as well as a sterling mark surrounded by a circular Hecho en Mexico. It measures 7 inches long by a little over 1 inch wide...

An extremely fine pair of Art Deco cufflinks worked in platinum and 18K yellow gold. Each square face is centered with a gypsy-set old European cut diamond, and has square cut blue sapphires at each corner. The stones have excellent color and clarity, especially the sapphires, which are bright blue. The platinum is finished with a matte surface, causing the gemstones to seem even more vibrant. The faces have pierced galleries around the edges and are attached to baton backs with chains...

Art Nouveau is written all over this wonderful 14Kt yellow gold stickpin. The flowing line design is centered by a 7 X 5 millimeter oval faceted bezel set amethyst and the bottom of the design enhanced by a 3 millimeter natural pear. While the stickpin is 14Kt gold, the safety clutch as usual is gold field.

Anyone who appreciates antique jewelry would love this fabulous platinum and diamond ring from the 1920-s. The non certified center stone is an approximately 1.30Ct brilliant cut diamond that has H color and I1 clarity. The masterfully crafted delicate openwork platinum setting is decorated by 18 single cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 1.65 Ct. The ring is a size 8 and can easily be sized.

Very rare Hector Aguilar bracelet that measures 1.25 in. tall and 7 in. long. The pyramids have a measurement of 10 mm. in height giving the bracelet great dimension. 87 grams is the weight and the patina is natural and gorgeous. The condition is without repairs and damage. It seriously appears to have hardly been worn. I do not like to use the word rare as all of these treasure made by the top tier Maestros are rare but this one deserves that title. An excellent example and collector quality.

An amazing sterling silver modernist brooch with a bark like texture thought to be designed by Finnish jeweler Helky Juvonen and produced by N. Westerback in 1973.

Measures 2" across and 2" high. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Marked with 925 for the silver standard, NW for the maker, the National Mark and Date Code U7 for 1973.

In fine condition, very intricate and detailed. Dark patina. Weighs 19 gr. Wonderful example of modernist Scandinavian design.
