An Art Deco Danecraft deer in the woods sterling pin from the 1930s-1940s. This great vintage sterling silver 2-1/8" x 1-3/4" brooch depicts a deer feeding in the forest. This pin features a safety catch, a true Deco style, and it is stamped STERLING with an HB maker's mark, and a somewhat scratched out Danecraft mark can be seen. Not sure how long this mark was used, but we have seen this combination on a few older Danecraft pieces...

This Trifari poodle is rhodium plated base metal with rhinestones and enameling.It is circa 1936-1937. Was originally sold at Hammacher Schemmer in New York for $5.00. Designer was Alfred Philippe. It is 1 1/2" square .

A sterling silver hand wrought brooch with a turquoise stone in a floral design by the noted Arts and Crafts jeweler, Mary Gage.

The brooch measures 1 1/8" in diameter and 1 1/8" high. Closes with a secure rolling clasp. Has a warm patina. Marked Mary Gage Sterling under one side of the clasp on the back. In a design with lots of tendrils that she is known for.

Has a very hand made feel, warm patina and organic design. Fine example of Arts and Crafts period metal work.

This pin was orginally designed by Mexico artist Frederick Davis in the 1930's. This piece is signed MEXICO SILVER but without the FD mark. Measuring 3 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 wide. 8 cab amethyst stones guard a large faceted amethyst in the center. Pin back works perfectly. Tiny flea bite in the center stone that can be felt but not seen. No dents, dings or repairs to silver.

Lightly hammered. Measures 6" around with an opening of 3/4". Measures 1 1/8" at the widest. Marked Sterling and Handwrought. Has an intricate floral design around a central dog tooth pearl.

Pair of floral design period retro sterling, turquoise, and rubies scatter pins, c.1940's. They each have five curved and crimped petals with a 4-pronged ruby(5 points each) between each petal and a center turquoise stone. There are a total of 10 rubies. Wonderful 1920's platinum brooch with diamonds, onyx, and pearls. This lovely brooch measures 2 1/2" long and 1/2" wide (at center). There are (32) prong set Old Mine Cut diamonds set into a pierced platinum deco setting. The center of the brooch consists of two round cabachon onyx measuring 5mm each, and two round creamy white natural pearls measuring 6mm each. Trombone clasp. Indistinguishable punch marks on stem. A pair of vintage sterling silver hand wrought floral brooches by Stavre Gregor Panis, who was a member of the Boston Society of Arts and Crafts. The round one may be a poppy. The smaller one may be a gladiola.

May purchase them individually or as a pair.

The larger round brooch measures 1 1/2" across. The smaller brooch measures 1 1/2" long and 7/8" at the widest.

Both brooches are marked with the SGP in a shield hallmark and Sterling. The smaller one also has a stylized 'G'...
