Lovely sterling, marcasites, and cultured pearl flower/leaves pin by Theodor Fahrner, Germany, c.1940's. An Art Deco Danecraft deer in the woods sterling pin from the 1930s-1940s. This great vintage sterling silver 2-1/8" x 1-3/4" brooch depicts a deer feeding in the forest. This pin features a safety catch, a true Deco style, and it is stamped STERLING with an HB maker's mark, and a somewhat scratched out Danecraft mark can be seen. Not sure how long this mark was used, but we have seen this combination on a few older Danecraft pieces...

This Trifari poodle is rhodium plated base metal with rhinestones and enameling.It is circa 1936-1937. Was originally sold at Hammacher Schemmer in New York for $5.00. Designer was Alfred Philippe. It is 1 1/2" square .

A sterling silver hand wrought brooch with a turquoise stone in a floral design by the noted Arts and Crafts jeweler, Mary Gage.

The brooch measures 1 1/8" in diameter and 1 1/8" high. Closes with a secure rolling clasp. Has a warm patina. Marked Mary Gage Sterling under one side of the clasp on the back. In a design with lots of tendrils that she is known for.

Has a very hand made feel, warm patina and organic design. Fine example of Arts and Crafts period metal work.

This tailored 14Kt yellow gold ring is centered by a 12 X 8 millimeter cabochon natural turquoise. The center stone is encircled and complimented by an oval engine turned design. The overall measurement of the top is 16 X 12 millimeters. The ring is a size 4 ½ and it can easily be sized.

This pin was orginally designed by Mexico artist Frederick Davis in the 1930's. This piece is signed MEXICO SILVER but without the FD mark. Measuring 3 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 wide. 8 cab amethyst stones guard a large faceted amethyst in the center. Pin back works perfectly. Tiny flea bite in the center stone that can be felt but not seen. No dents, dings or repairs to silver.

Pair of floral design period retro sterling, turquoise, and rubies scatter pins, c.1940's. They each have five curved and crimped petals with a 4-pronged ruby(5 points each) between each petal and a center turquoise stone. There are a total of 10 rubies. Each pin measures 1 1/4" in diameter and is 1/2" high. Unusual and very cute. Excellent condition, except that one ruby has a small "bite" but is held firmly in place by the prongs...

This rickshaw rhodium plated pot metal and clear rhinestone pin also has red cabochons and enameling. The wheels move. It is 1 9/16" by 1 1/2".

Simple yet elegant defines this two-tone 14Kt gold filigree bar pin from the 1920’s. The body of the pin is made of yellow gold while the top is white gold. The pin is flat and the two leaf-like designs toward either end have a slight dome shape. The length of the pin is 2 5/8” and the width is 3/16” – 3/8”.

Minimal Scottish terrier, jigsawed from silver sheet metal and wearing a copper collar. Made in Austria or Bohemia in the 1920’s or 30’s. The chain is later, stamped 835. The little dog is "1/2 / 14 mm long, the chain "16 / 41 cm. Condition: fine.

Wonderful 1920's platinum brooch with diamonds, onyx, and pearls. This lovely brooch measures 2 1/2" long and 1/2" wide (at center). There are (32) prong set Old Mine Cut diamonds set into a pierced platinum deco setting. The center of the brooch consists of two round cabachon onyx measuring 5mm each, and two round creamy white natural pearls measuring 6mm each. Trombone clasp. Indistinguishable punch marks on stem. Comes in it's original box! Excellent condition. Circa 1920.

A Chinese articulated silver gilt fish pin circa 1930s. This fantastically detailed and superbly constructed 2-1/2 x 3/4" fish pin is lushly gilded and it is fully articulated and it has natural coral eyes. It has a safety clasp and the mouth is hinged and opens (for what purpose we don't know). It is unmarked and unsigned, it weighs 9.5 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Exquisite & rare this lifelike sterling silver, copper & brass angelfish brooch was designed in the late 1930's by Margot Van Voorhies for her husband's taller Los Castillo. This wearable work of art measures 3 3/4" high X 3 1/4" across & weighs 42 grams. The finely detailed angelfish floats through waving brass seaweed above a copper conch shell. Beautiful condition with excellent patina. Pin back and safety catch are tight and secure...

A pair of vintage sterling silver hand wrought floral brooches by Stavre Gregor Panis, who was a member of the Boston Society of Arts and Crafts. The round one may be a poppy. The smaller one may be a gladiola.
