Here is a continuous sterling silver cable chain of nice heft, with a working swivel clasp marked sterling. The chain itself tests for sterling as well, and is sturdily made. The piece dates around 1920. The chain measures 28 inches inches long, and the bail and swivel add another inch. Weight: 29.3 grams

A fine original Art Deco period glass beaded long flapper necklace c1920s. This impressive 40" necklace is 3/8" across the triple-strand segments, and it has a fringed 1-3/4" x 1-1/8" beaded drop. The beads are silvered clear beads, yellow spacers, with dark yellow and blue beads on the drop. The blue beads form the letter M, and there is one segment strand of blue beads and a couple of errant blue beads in the necklace itself...
A clip and belt buckle comprise this set.The center long green part is Bakelite, and the silver color metal supports pave rhinestones in an interesting pattern. The new adjustable lined ribbon belt (note the velcro) is removable if desired. This set is probably from the 1920's. Each of the three pieces measures 2 5/8" long and 1 5/8" at widest.
