A lovely vintage 14K gold heart pin set all the way around with old European cut diamonds. Lovely vintage signed Mikimoto brooch in sterling silver set with eight pearls, ranging from 5 to 6mm. The pearls are of very fine quality with white body color and a silvery overtone. The lustre is excellent, as should be expected of Mikimoto. The brooch is designed in a way that permits it to be worn either horizontally or vertically. The back is marked with Mikimoto's hallmark.

This whimsical fob is a sailor's hand-carved whale bone ivory fist, a common motif during the Victorian Period. The fob is comprised of a beautifully detailed hand with pointed index finger. The heart shaped base of the piece adds a touch of whimsy and romance. Possibly a 19th century Valentines Day gift? It is attached to an antique gold filled watch chain. Size: Fob-1 3/4".
