Over the top gorgeous vintage sterling and turquoise cuff bracelet by Frank Patania Sr. The stones are most likely bisbee and the color is spectacular, deep and vivid. Measuring 6" around in the inside with an additional 1 1/4" opening, it is 2" wide and weighs a hefty 129 grams. It is in fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the stones. This fine pin, with its deep, dark yellow, palmate leaves is by Norwegian silversmith Bernard Meldah. It is sterling vermeil with basse-taille enamel and measures 1 3/4” x 1 3/4”. It has a C-catch and is marked “925 S STERLING” “MB” (superimposed, Meldah’s maker’s mark) and “MADE IN NORWAY.” This piece is in excellent condition.

A nice 18K gold Venetian Etruscan fob charm set with oval brilliant cut citrines. The stones have intense orangey-yellow color and the gold surfaces are heavily decorated with applied wire-work and rosettes. Marked “750” for 18K gold.

This unique vintage Necklace is by the wonderful Margot de Taxco whose skill as a designer is considered to be among the finest of the all the Silver Masters. The links are a row of Roman Numerals from 1 to 12 set between small silver beads. It measures 14 1/2" long by 3/4" wide and it weighs 67 grams. Hallmarked Margot de Taxco, 5201, Sterling Made in Mexico with the eagle 16. Secure box clasp. Light signs of wear and tarnish and a great example of the artistry of Margot de Taxco.

Circa mid-century, these are fabulous earrings from Margot de Taxco.

These koi fish with teardrop amethyst dangles measure 1 3/4" tall, and they are stunning. The detailing is amazing. Amethysts match perfectly in color, and screw backs work perfectly.

Signed and hallmarked "Margot de Taxco 5207" on one, "Sterling Made in Mexico" on the other. No eagle assay.

Vintage filigree niello silver Persian Gulf scenery bracelet that while being shown at a show several years ago, was seen by an elderly engineer who worked in Iran in the 50s. He said, '...this bracelet was commissioned by the Shah of Iran as a gift in gratitude for the wives of engineers who were there building the oil fields...' Note the odd motifs scribed on to the niello...

A wonderfully witty 14K gold tie bar in the form of a snow ski by Tiffany & Co. As expected of a mid-century Tiffany design, the workmanship is very finely detailed and executed right down to the details of the bindings. The back is engraved with a period three-letter monogram “WLT” and is also marked “14K Tiffany & Co.”.

A large 18K yellow gold Sputnik pendant by H Stern. The dome is bezel-set with round amethysts, citrines, aquamarines, garnets, green tourmalines, and most unusually, a very rare blue indicolite tourmaline and an even rarer neon green tourmaline with paraiba-like coloring. The Sputnik design was created in the 1950s to showcase the variety of colored gemstones available from Stern's Brazilian ines...

A nice 1950's 14K yellow gold tie bar set with rectangular step-cut synthetic rubies. The tie bar is quite short, dating it to the mid-century period when ties were very narrow. Narrow ties are once again in fashion, so this is still the perfect gentleman's accessory. Marked "14K".

Rare, rare, rare and absolutely without equal when it comes to enamel work! This sterling silver pin measures approx 1 7/8 inches, is hallmarked on the back, attributed to either David Andersen or Ivar Holt (can't totally read the maker's mark), pin in perfect working order. Vibrant shade of green enamel all in perfect condition.

A stunning, very big and weighty vintage Mexican silver cuff by Margot Van Voorhies Carr, or Margot de Taxco. 1940s or 1950s. A stunning creation by the famous Taxco Silver Artist Antonio Pineda and considered to be one of his finest designs, this amazing bracelet is crafted in his favorite 970 silver and black onyx crescent shaped stones. Hallmarked with the Antonio Taxco Crown, Made in Mexico, 970, with the eagle stamp and design number ZZ640...

A nice pair of mid-century Mexican sterling silver cufflinks, the triangular faces set with amethysts carved to depict an ancient Aztec mask. The style of carving suggests either Abraham Paz or Fred Davis as the likely maker. The backs are marked "Plata Sterling 925".
