An important early brooch of sterling silver by the acclaimed American modernist jeweler, Margaret De Patta. Measures 3" long and 1 5/8" at the widest. Early incised maker's mark. Circa 1935. Heavy layered sterling in an abstract floral design. Wonderful condition, with some very minor surface scratches and tarnish. Missing the rollover bar on the clasp. Slight bend on the pin. A particularly nice Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold brooch in the form of a floral spray. The strap-like leaves are worked in shaded green enamels, and the flowers are made from freshwater "dogtooth" pearls centered with old mine cut diamonds. The pearls have particularly attractive silvery luster and their irregular shapes beautifully mimic the frilly edges of flower petals. The back retains the original pinstem and clasp. This watch pin is made of marked and tested 14k gold, many seed pearls, and 2 accent diamonds. It has a leaf motif, and 2 little flowers with heart-shaped petals, and we think it’s just beautiful. Formed as an arch with a central drop set with what could be polished obsidian. The stone has embedded diagonal bands of light brown, with an iridescent surface. There is a tiny chip to one edge; it is hardly noticeable and doesn’t affect the stability of the stone, which is quite secure. The back of the pendant is marked 925 on the bail, drop and arch; the arch also shows a London import mark, maker’s initials of ED, and the date letter for 1973...

A beautiful late Victorian 18K yellow gold and platinum ring set with a 1/2-carat oval ruby bordered with rose cut diamonds set in platinum. The ruby is graded as slightly purplish-red color, medium-dark tone and moderately strong saturation (slpR 6/4) and shows no indicated of heat or other treatment. The carat weight of rose cut diamonds cannot be accurately determined by measurement, but they have the visual appearance of being about a half carat in total weight...

A fine pair of 18K yellow gold double-sided cufflinks set with lapis lazuli and rubies. Each face features a lapis cut to resemble the crown portion of a round brilliant cut diamond with a bezel-set round mixed-cut ruby in the center. A vintage three dimensional pendant in sterling silver designed by Jose Luis Flores of Taxco, Mexico depicting a stylized figure kissing a nude breast. Flores also worked with Hector Aguilar, Miguel Garcia Martinez and Emma.

Measures 4 3/4" long including the large bale and 2 1/2" across. Marked on the back 925, Mexico JLF, and Taxco. Have also seen this with the additional Miguel hallmark in script. Heavy and substantial. Has some tarnish. Pre Eagle.

Wild Picasso-esque design.

This novelty pair vintage cufflinks is an elegant piano keyboard design, the keys are mother of pearl and black onyx, separated by gold lines, the backs are gold plated on sterling, marked on the side AUSTRIA.. Measurements: 7/8 in wide x 1/2 in long. Condition of the design is perfect. The camera shows wear to the gold plate which is not as visible to the naked eye.

This Reinad giant gold pave and emerald lily pin is gold plated base metal with rhinestones. The hallmark, construction and non-use of sterling dates this brooch to 1941-1942. Excellent condition.
