A classic 14Kt gold bow pin from the 1940-s is centered by a 5 millimeter bezel set round opal. The inscription in the back shows that this bow was given to someone special in 1944. The length of the pin is 1 7/8” and the width at the widest part is ½”.
A lovely Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold honeymoon pin in the form of a pearl-studded horseshoe enclosing a beautifully-enameled violet. The petals are worked in realistic shades of purple fading to pinkish-cream at the centers and the flower is accented with a bright green leaf. In the Victorian language of flowers, the violet was used to symbolize faithfulness. Combined with a horseshoe for good luck, a pin of this sort almost certainly would have served as a going-away gift...
This Trifari vermeil pin has it all: patriotic symbols, enamel, pave rhinestones and a legible "e pluribus unum" written on the scroll. Heavy for its size. 1" wide 1 1/4" long. From the 1940's.
This handmade abstract pin features a biomorphic design composed of a slice of translucent banded carnelian with an unpolished edge, secured within a biomorphic frame of thick, hand-wrought sterling silver wire. It is unsigned and bears only a sterling mark. A rollover clasp secures the pin. The stone is in lovely condition, and is held in place by small silver bands applied across the front and back frames; there is no adhesive. The pin measures 2 inches by 2 1/2 inches.

A heavy pair of 18K yellow gold mesh stirrup-style cufflinks. A round diamond is set into each end of the closing mechanisms. The mesh is distinguished with diamond-shaped punched decoration that adds more texture to the design than is ordinarily seen. The diamonds are of nice quality, graded as I/J color, SI1 clarity. Each cufflink is fully stamped with French 18K gold hallmarks and also bears an unidentified maker's mark.

Retro 14K yellow gold diamond cufflinks, understated and elegant, appropriate for anything from everyday to black tie. Fronts measure 11/16 inch x 8/16 inch. These earrings are very well made: an indicator of the fine Hobe work. The overlapping petals have nice stamp work around the bezel-set, turquoise, glass cabochon. The earrings are both clipback and screwback. They are gold plated and marked Hobe. They are in excellent condition.

A delightful Art Nouveau 18K yellow gold slide locket, the cover ornately decorated with a rooster crowing at a rose cut diamond sun. The scene is completed with farm implements in the foreground and a view of wheat field in the distance. The rooster is, of course, a national symbol of France. Though most slide lockets were made in France, this example does not have French hallmarks. Tested and guaranteed 18K.

A 14k white gold size 6-1/4 filigree ring from the Art Deco period complete with the original claw-set Peking glass stone circa 1920s. As jade was extremely expensive at the time, green Peking glass was used even in gold rings. The ring is 3/4" across the stone at its widest, it weighs 4.6 grams and it is stamped 14K with a maker's mark.
