The head is encrusted with tiny seed pearls and a red eye. Great detail. Well loved by it's former owner. There is very slight imperfections in the enamel on the lower body to the left of the front wing and few tiny spots on the wings. Overall great condition for its age.

Spratling designed this eye catching "entwined hands" buckle in the late 1940's. Measuring 5" X 2 1/4" & weighing 49 grams the piece is in beautiful condition. The back loops will accommodate up to a 1 inch strap. The buckle can also be worn as a pendant. Spratling also designed a similar "hands" necklace. Hallmarks are WS 925. A later version, (c.1965) of this buckle appears on p. 147 of WILLIAM SPRATLING AND THE MEXICAN SILVER RENAISSANCE by Penny Morrill.

This nifty, solid charm is 3D and stands 7/8" tall. The diameter of the bottom is 3/8". It has a great likeness to the decorative bottle of the smooth, dry, red wine. It is marked (what looks like) J2 AR and 800.

This bracelet is unmarked, but tests as silver, probably .800. It is a very high quality early marcasite and silver piece, set with amethysts and dated conservatively from the 1930s. All marcasites are intact and the faceted amethysts show no wear or damage. The bracelet has a secure tongue and groove clasp; the silver safety chain is also very secure, with an unusual S-hook closure. The bracelet measures 8 1/4 inches long by a little over 1/2 inch wide. A signed Antonio Pineda bracelet that is thick and heavy at 125 grams. A 2.5in. diameter will fit most. I find the swinging framed rectangle links to be quite fabulous alone or worn with other great finds stacked. The bracelet lays right between the one inch mark in height. The presence of this Pineda treasure will be noticed dressed up or dressed down.

Beto has shown us quality plus original designs to everything that I have seen. His work was always made with thick silver and this set has a total weight is 93 grams heavy. Every link in this set is 6/16th of an inch tall and 1.75in.across. The length is 15in. plus with the necklace built on a curve it adds a bit more length. The stones are barrel cut and they are darker than they appear in most of the photos. No chips or damage to any part of this well loved and cared for grouping...

This 14K brushed gold trifari necklace sometimes carries the crown mark and sometimes it does not. I have seen it both ways.

It is well constructed to lay perfectly on the neck. It is approximately 12" without the 2" extensions.

Hector Aguilar Disk bracelets are curved to lay perfectly on the wrist. The mix of metals are striking and with a 1.5 inches tall center you can not miss the lovely presence. The discs are thick silver and copper with a weight of 70 grams. Seriously well cared for and without damage. The length is 7 inches. Collector quality that you can wear with anything.
