A stylish, ultramodern style signed COROCRAFT 1950s signed metal brooch. This 2-1/2 x 1-1/2" pin has a pewter style finish (and may be silver plated or pewter) with traces of what may be applied patination; it has a safety catch and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a fine patination of surface marks...

This stunning bracelet is composed of an applied cast floral layer on a plain, hinged bangle bracelet, with a secure tongue-and-groove clasp and security chain. The tongue bears French import marks that guarantee a silver content of at least .800, and probably dates anywhere from the 1930s to the 1950s. The bangle measures about ½ inch wide with an internal circumference of just under 7 inches. Gross weight: 28.4 grams

This unique piece of jewelry dates back to the 1940's or early 1950's. The top is a pink and yellow gold geometric design broach that holds the rectangular watch. The watch has a pink face and marked "BLACK STARR & GORHAM". The movement is a 17 jewel GIRARD PERREGAUX. The watch is in working condition. Total weight of the watch with the movement is 9.4 grams. The safety clasp on the pin and the inside of the watch case are both marked 14Kt.

This wonderful, little pin / brooch depicts a map of The Province. It reads NOVA SCOTIA in sterling silver, including the Nova Scotia Peninsula, (Nova Scotia, Canada), its bays and other bodies of water. A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch designed by Gertrude Engel for Anton Michelsen, from Sweden. Measure 1 5/8" across and 1 3/8" high. Has a brown swirled oval cabochon. Marked with the MIC hallmark and the three crowns silver standard mark used by Anton Michelsen when in Stockholm, Sweden from 1946-63. Also marked with S for the town mark, A9 for 1951 and Engel. Spratling designed this eye catching "entwined hands" buckle in the late 1940's. Measuring 5" X 2 1/4" & weighing 49 grams the piece is in beautiful condition. The back loops will accommodate up to a 1 inch strap. The buckle can also be worn as a pendant. Spratling also designed a similar "hands" necklace. Hallmarks are WS 925. A later version, (c.1965) of this buckle appears on p. 147 of WILLIAM SPRATLING AND THE MEXICAN SILVER RENAISSANCE by Penny Morrill.

This necklace exhibits a strong presence. A dark amethyst stone glows in strong light and has no chips, damage or cracks. The wearable is 16.5 inches and you can hook it in to any of the chain length to shorten. The silver is very thick and is a wonderful example of folk style repousse. Puffy and not exactly symmetrical is what makes the magic happen when you put this on. The drop is 4.5 inches across and 3 in. down. Just beautiful, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
