A striking cuff bracelet by Winifred Mason Chenet, who was an African American woman hand crafting jewelry in Greenwich Village. She reportedly worked with and trained Art Smith, a well respected African American modernist jeweler. This bracelet is made of copper with brass overlays and connections of copper rivets and wire. Measures 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 3/8" and 1 3/4" wide. Signed with her stylized 'chenet'. Wonderfully hand made work.

This fine Cini brooch measures 2 1/2" x 2". It is the AQUARIUS pin from Cini's popular Zodiac Series. It displays cupid holding an urn, pouring water, adorned with a leafy motif. A 1920’s large shell cameo with an unusual shape depicts a lady with flowers in her hair and a diamond necklace around her neck which is set with a single-cut diamond. Instead of the usual oval or rectangular shape this cameo has cut corners making it into an octagon.
