These cuff links exhibit both a sturdy look and construction. They were probably produced for the tourist trade by different silversmiths in the same workshop, as each is slightly different from the other, mostly in the fins. The backs of one linked pair indicates the maker M. Velazquez; all are marked Sterling/Made in Mexico in the pre-1950s style. The back rings connect to short bridge chains; one rings is slightly bent but there is no damage or metal stress...

This is a lovely Victorian pin has a coral branch supporting three dangles with coral beads and a small coral branch. The dangles give movement and liveliness when pin is worn. The whiplash design of the mounting suggests that the design has a strong early Art Nouveau influence. The pin is gold-filled and it is circa 1885.

A very nice and unusually heavy 18K gold Venetian Etruscan fob/charm set with amethysts. The gold surfaces are heavily worked in twisted wire and beaded decoration. The smaller amethysts are set in flower-shaped collets...

Gerardo Lopez is well known for his skill with the repousse technique in his designs. His flow with swirls and beads are what sets this necklace apart from other Maestros. Todays jewel is 17in. long and the drop is 1 3/8th's by 2in. long. The repousse is thick and the chain is 3/8th inches tall. The presence is gorgeous with a little black dress or jeans. The weight is 49 grams. No damage of any kind just, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

This chain is nicely hand-constructed with applied cast curled pieces that are reminiscent of the applied and hand-worked French chains of the turn of the 20th century. This one appears to be a bit later; the beading looks to have been cast with the rest of the elements and connected with hand-formed S-shaped links. It has a hand-formed hook closure, and a substantial feel. There is a partial mark for .800 silver on the hook...

Hard to find the William Spratling wood and swirl cross in this fine condition with a Spratling chain as well. The chain is 21 inches long and has solid silver links. The drop with bale is 2 5/8 th inches long and 1 and 5/8 th inches across. It bears the old 980 hallmark and weighs 63 grams of thick silver.

An extremely rare and very important 18K yellow gold ring set with a white pearl and a black pearl designed by Jean Dinh Van for Pierre Cardin. The design features a squared shank with a flat open gallery enclosing the two 7.0mm pearls. The pearls are drilled and rotate freely on their axes. This impressive 2 3/4" sterling silver cuff studded with 30 amethyst cabs was hallmarked c. 1940 by Manuel Altamirano, senior silversmith in Hector Aguilar's Taller Borda. A very cute and heavy 14K yellow gold dachshund pin, the gold body accented with small emerald eyes and a white gold collar studded with small diamonds.
