A classic design of engine-turned engraved vertical lines and molded edges on the larger, rectangular buttons, the smaller sides ovular with a textured surface. The cuff links are lightweight but well made, and appear to have been hardly worn. The connections and bridge bars are very secure; both bars are marked 835 for silver content with double-struck crabs, apparently to indicate Paris (silver mark used 1838-1962). The maker's mark also appears in a diamond-shaped reserve...

Nice vintage sterling silver cufflinks, the faces decorated with an appliqued anchor and chain. The toggle backs are hinged so that the faces lie flat against the cuff. The toggles are marked "Sterling" and also have a patent number for the toggle mechanism.

Origin: America, ca. 1950. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 11/16" x 11/16". Weight: 15.25 grams.

This lovely pin has hand-applied calla lilies and leaves on a shaped flat panel, with lovely detail and nicely aged patina. The safety clasp is secure, and the pin is marked sterling on the back. It measures 1 3/4 inches long by nearly 1 inch at its widest part.

This faceted helotrope Trifari bracelet is 7" long and 9/16" wide. The back is a silver metal color with a fold over clasp. The stones are bright and the plating is in perfect original condition.

This bracelet reminds me a great deal of the bracket on page 33 of Ann Pitman book in style

 

This vintage 1950-s platinum and diamond eternity band is set with 32 diamonds. There are 4 full-cut and 28 single-cut diamonds decorating the scroll and priced design 7 millimeter wide band. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.70 Ct. The ring is a size 5 ½ and it CAN NOT be sized.

Long elegant Baroque pearl necklace with matching earrings by Miriam Haskell. Gray bead spacers. Newly restrung. The necklace is 55" end to end and has the Miriam Haskell tag. The screw-back earrings are 1 3/4" long with Haskell marked on the shank.

From the 1950's, inspired by the Art Deco movement, is this pale pink and clear Lucite moonglow hair stick pin. In perfect condition, it measures 6" long. The pink ornament measures 1.25" x 7/8".

The abstract and intricate design of this ring completely captures 1950s Modernist design. Stamped 585, which indicates 14K gold. However, I am unable to test this ring and am selling it as unknown material. It appears to be sterling, sterling plate, or white gold plate. The pearl appears to be cultured. Size 6.5.

Composed of hollow-cast embossed panels with a geometric design, enhanced by oxidation. The necklace is secured by a hook closure that bears the maker’s initials of JSE, as well as marks for sterling and a partial mark of some sort. The back of one panel is also marked sterling. A moonstone glass and blue rhinestone and glass brooch pin from the 1950s. This cool 1-7/8 x 1-3/8" pin features marquise and cabochon white moonstone glass stones with nice reflective play as well as two open-back blue glass stones and closed-back blue rhinestones. An unusual silver bracelet and pendant featuring Pre Columbian figures embellished with green stones. Probably from Peru or Ecuador. May be purchased as a set or individually.

This mid-century Abraham Paz bracelet is a work of art. Paz was a master silversmith who, like Valentin Vidaurreta, produced work for Fred Davis. Much of this work was hallmarked with the FD mark for Davis. This piece, however, is signed with the AP mark for Abraham Paz, but produced for Davis to be sold at Sanborns, as it is also marked with the eagle assay 22...

Beautiful modernist hand made 14k ring of a sculptural dimensional face/profile. Signed "14k" stylized "e" or "he". Looks like the later Hector Aguilar mark. These elongated silver cuff links are set with cobalt blue spinels, enhanced with an applied silver wire. Each bridge bar is marked for .835 silver; the anchor bars are decorated with engine-turned engraving. All connections and both hinges are intact and show no stress; there is a tiny nick on the underside edge of one cuff link. They date from the 1950s and measure about 1 ½ inches long by ½ inch at the widest part.

Elaborate wirework is the defining feature of these distinctive cuff links, which are unmarked but test as silver. They are gilded, including the wirework, and are enhanced with maroon enamel. The buttons are attached to silver gilt bars by chains. They come in a small box with the name of a jeweler in Lisbon, Portugal. The buttons measure a little over 5/8 inch in diameter.

Mounted in a round, beaded silver gilt setting, the amber cabochons in these cuff links exhibit with a vivid honey color and some cloudiness. The cuff links bear the Soviet marks for .875 silver, as well as the town mark for Riga and an unidentified maker’s mark accompanied by the mark for 1957. They are securely hinged at one end of the bridge bar. The button portions measure 5/8 inch in diameter.

This sterling silver money clip features an applied swordfish or marlin, and has a classic mid-century look. It is quite sturdy and secure, and has a nice heft. The back bears a maker’s mark of RRR, as well as a sterling mark. It measures 2 inches long by about ½ inch wide. Weight: 11.8 grams

Designed by Frank Hess for Haskell in the 1950's, perhaps earlier. This elegant set has the old Haskell horseshoe name plate on the back of the brooch (see picture).Beautiful glass flowers with matching blue pronged rhinestones and beads. Double filigree backing. Brooch is 2 3/4" by 2 3/4", clip earrings are 1 1/2 by 1 1/4".

This Mexican sterling tiger eye & serpent pendant has a large honey-colored tiger eye cabochon in the center. This cabocho is bezel mounted. It is hallmarked "POM" in a Taxco 925 Mexico circle with a separate Eagle 1 assay stamp. It is in super fine condition. This pendant is 1 1/2" square. The bail adds 1/2" to the overall length. The tiger eye cabochon is 7/8" in diameter.
