In the 1960s and 1970s, Ciner specialized in costume jewelry inspired by the enameled gold and jeweled figural animal designs of the fine jewelry maker David Webb (these days Roberto Cavalli is the contemporary master of the costume version of this look). This piece is circa 1975. It is marked CINER, but so faintly on the tongue of the clasp that I was unable to get a clear photo. It did come from an estate with other signed Ciner pieces...

These elongated silver cuff links are set with cobalt blue spinels, enhanced with an applied silver wire. Each bridge bar is marked for .835 silver; the anchor bars are decorated with engine-turned engraving. All connections and both hinges are intact and show no stress; there is a tiny nick on the underside edge of one cuff link. They date from the 1950s and measure about 1 ½ inches long by ½ inch at the widest part.

This stunning bracelet by the famous Antonio Pineda showcases his remarkable design skill and quality craftmanship. The round links are hinged at the top and bottom and each holds two uniquely cut deep toned Carnelian stones at the side. Measures 7 1/2" long by 7/8" wide and weighs 55.6 grams. A classic vintage Mikimoto 14K yellow gold pin featuring ten cultured Akoya pearls, ranging in size from 6.25 to 7.58 millimeters.
