Sterling and amethyst quartz hand made post modern cuff bracelet and ring set by Novak, c.1970's. Only the ring is signed "NOVAK 925 N(with arrow)". The cuff is unsigned. The amethysts are bezel set and not faceted. The ring is size 8 1/4 and the band measures 3/8" wide. The cuff has a 2 1/2" diameter and 5/8" wide. A sterling silver modernist Star of David by the Israeli jeweler, Rachel Gera. Pendant measures 3 1/2" long including the large bale and 1 3/4" across. Chain measures 24" long and closes with a spring clasp. Pendant is marked Handmade, Gera Israel and 925. Thick sterling, fine quality.

A vintage pair of three dimensional sterling silver pierced earrings, each formed from a single bent and flattened sterling wire with a pearl accent by modernist jeweler, Russell Secrest, (1935-2010).

These hand made earrings measures 3/4" at the widest, 5/8" deep and 7/8" tall. Marked Secrest Sterling on the side of both earrings. One earring is easier to read than the other.

They are opposites so frame the face when worn. The clutches are marked sterling.

Vintage modernist bronze belt buckle made by Carl Tasha, c.1970s. The buckle is in excellent condition and measures 3 1/2" x 7/8". Signed C. Tasha, 112/1000. Limited edition.

Sterling modernist bracelet by C. Ruopoli, c.1940's. Seven link bracelet measures 7 3/4" long by 5/8" wide with oxydized background and raised shiny silver design. Signed "BY C. Unusual wide linked vintage bracelet, each link containing a primitively sculpted little crawling human form. The figures are all different. The links are edged with "blobbed" silver lines and the flat surfaces have been oxidized. Unmarked. Tests as sterling. It has a wearable length of 8 inches. Bracelet is made up of 8 separate links, which are each about 1 5/8 inches wide. The little people stick up about 3/16 inch. Excellent vintage condition.

A modernist Sterling Silver shadowbox pendant with a 14K Gold orb suspended from the original chain by Ed Levin. The pendant has a brushed finish. The chain goes through the orb.

The pendant measures about 1" high and 7/8" across. The chain is about 18" long. The pendant is signed © EL Ed Levin, Ster and 14K.

Fine condition with minor surface scratches and some tarnish. The chain has a large stylized hook which holds securely.

An unusual pendant by the noted modernist jeweler, Paul Lobel. This pendant, made of a sterling silver 'wishbone' with a dark rusty orange, probably carnelian drop, is a rare design. You can see lots of striations when it is held up to the light.

Signed on the inside, LOBEL, Sterling. Has a large bale so can be worn on a thick chain, cord or neck ring. Currently suspended from a black silky cord. The pendant measures 1 1/4" across and 2" high including the bale...

A very well constructed pair of sterling silver and pearl cufflinks by Jean Lasnier. He was a member of the Metal Arts Guild between 1951-64 with many of the well known studio artisans of the Mid Century Modern jewelry movement. Cufflinks are made from two layers of curved sterling connected at the corners. They have an offset pearl attached to the under layer for a 3D effect. Measure 3/4" square. Toggles swivel. Marked Sterling and Lasnier on the backs. Toggles are also marked Sterling...

A modernist brooch by noted mid century silversmith, Frances Holmes Boothby. This brooch measures 3/4" tall and 1 3/4" across. One end is smooth and the other end is textured. Has a freshwater pearl off center. Has an fhb mark and Sterling on the back. Has a safety rollover clasp that holds securely. Fine condition, just a few minor scratches. Classic mid century design.

A modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet with a sterling wire overlay. Marked Sterling and 'the silversmith', which has been associated with mid century jeweler Ella Cone, who had The Silversmiths' shop in Boston. Measures approximately 5 3/4" around with an opening of 1 1/4". Measures about 1 7/8" at the widest. Has some tarnish and surface scratches. Nice contrast between the oxidized and polished silver. Fine example of Mid Century Modernist studio jewelry. Looks great on!
