The eastern artist Raphael Senseman of New Jersey painted in much this same style, so much so that one is tempted to think that "A. Abrams" could be a pen name. The watercolor is fresh and in excellent condition.

The work, like a lot of Le Coadic's work, reminds one of Maurice Utrillo. Indeed, Le Coadic did paint a lot of works showing Montmartre in the snow, and other street scenes around Paris.
