Italian Artist Mirandi, the granddaughter of the the artist Silvio Ottoviani known for his simplicity. This still life is a painting in oil of a picture with grapes and is absolutely fabulous and it’s simplicity measuring 15” x 17“

Pastel on paper drawing of a rocky coastline with sailing craft offshore, apparently unsigned, 9 1/4" by 23", (16 3/4" by 31" as framed), circa 1900. The style of the drawing is reminiscent of that of American artists like Alfred Thompson Bricher (1837-1908). The popular and common pastel art of William Chandler also comes to mind. The work needs a new mat and the old acidic wood backing is best replaced. Otherwise for its age this work is in excellent condition.

Original marble sculpture by Ruth Ingeborg Andris (Chicago, 1930-2014). 12" high including square wood base, 7" wide. Ruth Andris is known as a Chicago sculptor and artist. She studied at the AIC, at the Chicago Academy of Fine Art, and with sculptor Cosmo Campoli. Her works in stone and bronze were exhibited at the AIC, the Ceres Gallery in New York, the Peace Museum, the Benjamin Galleries, etc.
