Impressionistic oil on board painting of an early 20th century American house, probably in the Midwest as this was framed in Missouri, 11 1/2" by 15 1/2" (14" by 18" framed). The scene is one of tranquility and prosperity. The house would have probably dated to about 1920, but the painting is contemporary. The signature appears as possibly "Ursula Lee". This is ready for the wall.

The works are on an exceedingly delicate tissue-like paper, which is then affixed at edges to a card, causing a puckering effect of the paper. A well painted watercolor on natural wafer, signed on the backing paper by Louisa Freeman. The sitter, a gentleman of aristocratic bearing, is arrayed in the height of fashion for the period, sporting a black jacket, yellow vest, and white stock. Housed in an ebonized wood frame.

The condition of the frame and painting is excellent, with no issues to speak of. The sight size of the portrait is 2 5/8" by 2 1/8", with a framed size of 5" by 4 3/8".

Watercolor and ink marker drawing of Greek buildings by dark blue sea, a boat at right, signed at lower left with signature that appears as "Bremmer". I think this was likely created by an American artist, perhaps painting while on vacation in the Mediterranean. I'd date it as maybe 1980's. It is a pleasant and decorative work that should evoke memories of vacations in the Greek Islands; this could very likely be a view of famous Santorini. Condition is excellent...

A PAIR of ink on wove paper drawings apparently by the same anonymous talented artist, one work featuring a southern American-looking old historic style home, the other a fountain in a southern European street scene (probably Italy). I opened the items and determined that there is no signature of any kind, nor any other indication of authorship. Harris", late 20th century, the subject a red rock dramatic cliff of the Southwest, framed artistically by a large overhanging branch arching in from the right side.
