Adolph Richard Fleischmann, American, 1892-1969. This Renoir like floral still life is perfect in its simplicity and strong colors. It is 18" by 14" in its original 5" gold leaf frame. It is signed lower left with the monogram RF in the tablecloth. Fleischman was born in Germany and exhibited in Europe and New York. His work is in museums in New York and east coast museums and in France and Germany. He is listed in Who was Who in American Art as well as in numerous publications.

This interesting hand carved rock crystal snuff bottle is 2 ½ inches tall, 1 5/8 inches wide and 1 inch thick. It depicts a butterfly flying in front of a squash and its flower. The snuff bottle is well hollowed and polished. It has a cone shaped agate top. The crystal has natural grains and impurities.
Blanche Camus, French, 1881-1968. This wonderful portrait of a woman on a terrace is 18.5" by 21.2" in an impressive 6" French Impressionist Frame. The canvas has been relined and there is minimal inpainting on the canvas with no repairs. It is from circa 1920-30 and is an extremely fine example of the use of broken brush strokes to convey the spray of sunshine and shadows in the scene.
This unusual shape gold hair (acicular) crystal snuff bottle is 2 ¾ inches tall, 1 inch wide (on the widest part) and 5/8 of an inch thick. The artist¡¯s name is TIAN CHANG. It depicts a school of goldfish swimming in a pond filled with water plants and an unknown plant above them. The artist TIAN CHANG did a wonderful job by painting nine goldfish in a tiny space. The crystal has some natural flaws and does not contain a lot gold hairs...
This round shape gold hair (acicular) crystal is 3 ¼ inches tall, 2 ¼ inches wide and 1 ½ inches thick. It depicts a group of Chinese goldfish swimming in a weed filled pond. The gold hairs (or needles) make this well painted bottle even more interesting. The artist Shi Qing studied at Zhejiang Academy of Art. In 1983, he studied under Master Wang Guan-Yu. He is well known for his paintings of landscape, birds and flowers...
This green and yellow bitter melon shape overlay glass snuff bottle is 2 ½ inches tall and 1 ¾ inches wide. It depicts a grasshopper landing on a Chinese bitter melon plant; a moth (or butterfly) is flying around a flower. The workmanship is great and the idea to make the bottle like a melon definitely makes it interesting.
This inside painting by Yu Shi is 3 inches tall, 2 ¼ inches wide and 1 ¼ inches thick. One side depicts Guan Yin (Goddess of Mercy) dressed a white robe sitting in front of a lotus pond. The other side presents Guan Yin holding a jade Ru Yi (scepter) sitting on a lotus petal surrounded by clouds. The young servants, one boy (Jin Tong) and one girl (Yu Nu) are beside her. A parrot is flying in front of them with a string of prayer beads in its mouth...
This unusual and inventive designed leaf shape snuff bottle is 3 inches tall 2 ½ inches wide and less than 1 inch thick. The color is from beige to burgundy and very well polished and hollowed. It depicts three squirrels chasing each other under grapevine. The workmanship is excellent. The artist Chen Ke uses the natural color of the stone so well, it looks like inlay or overlay work. Contemporary jadeite carving. This is a very nice newer carving. The color is unusual, light blue green with a little amber spread here and there. Carved as an ear of corn with the husk peeled off, a small plant (maybe pepper) is carved around the bottom.
