A circa 1920's etching of the Woolworth Building in New York City, the print signed in the plate and then pencil signed at lower right margin by American artist F.W.W. HOPPE. The artist did leave behind a number of etchings of New York scenes, but there seems to be a lack of biographical information on him or her. The print is in brown ink on a thin paper. A softly drawn work featuring the head of a putto, between wings, on a trimmed sheet of paper, somewhat irregularly shaped, measuring 6 1/2" by 11 3/4" (12" by 17" in modern-day gold frame). There is no signature. Frame has slight chip loss at upper left corner. A true antique drawing with considerable age; how old, it is not easy to say with certainty. There are light folds and creases. Paper is affixed at edges and corners to modern board. Allow for reflections in a few images.

Mexican Folk Art Day of the Dead La Catrina beaded statue with a rotating skull. Decorated with thousands of tiny beads, each was hand placed one by one, to create sacred designs and patterns of the ancient Huichols. Made by Huichol artisans from the Sierra de Nayarit in Mexico, this piece took months to make. Base is terracotta and it is in excellent condition measuring 3 feet high, 11" deep, and 8" across.

An extremely well painted miniature portrait of a very handsome young man. The sitter is dressed in the traditional black coat and cravat, white shirt with a high stiff collar, and a stickpin. The portrait, on natural organic wafer, is housed in a 14K or higher gold case with a glazed rear aperture showing a lock of hair. Condition of the miniature and case are excellent, with no issues at all. Sight size is 2 1/8" by 1 3/4", and the locket size is 2 1/4" by 1 7/8".
