The painting is signed lower right in pencil and inscribed on the back. The image measures 16X12 inches. A few minor spots of touch up, nothing major. A fine modernist impression. Rosenberg studied under Frank Duveneck.

This etching with sandpaper ground was created and printed by American artist Harold Kerr Eby. The title: Little Franklin is named for a Ledge located off the coast of Friendship Maine. The image measrues 8 1/2X14 5/8 inches. Printed in an edition of 100 in 1937. Eby left a skim of unwiped ink on the plate to create tone in the water. A fine impression, nicely framed with archival materials.

A watercolor on paper 10 1/2" by 21 1/4" (21" by 33" in blue laminate framing) featuring a tropical dock scene replete with coconut palms, a small sailing craft, and boathouse, signed at lower right with what appears as "Ehrlich". I have not been able to link an obvious listed artist name to this work. The hand is sure and talented and the piece is in excellent fresh condition.
