This is fine leather coin purse made by Loewe, Spain...

Frosty light blue is Maya's choice for this purse. The front displays elegant carved swans with a slight hint of gilt on some of their feathers. The back features carved aquatic plants. Beads, rhinestones and crystals add to the elegant look. White leather trim on the sides enhances this beautiful bag. 5 1/2" wide, 4 1/2" high, 2 " deep. gold plated chasin is 44" long.

Contemporary American designer Maya uses semi-precious stones and pearls in combination with molded resin and glass beads in her elegant design of this purse. Maya's plaque signature is on the back. The 44" strap can be removed so the purse may be used as a clutch. The strap itself may become a beautiful long necklace, or even a belt. The purse is 6 1/2" at its widest, 4" tall, and 2" thick front to back. A cloth drawstring storage bag with Maya's signature is included.

Fabulous versatile vintage genuine lizard box bag in navy, with beautiful Art Deco revival two tone gold- and silvertone hardware, and a long shoulder strap which hinges down into the bag, allowing it to be used as a clutch. Marked RODO and ITALY on a goldtone metal plaque inside. The hardware is beautifully finished, with a textured "molten" effect at each end, very characteristic of later 70s/early 80s design. A charming purse design by Maya. Made of tree resin, it looks as if it is a combination of lizard and snake skin. The color combination is interesting and the resin is accented by copper metal.
