Hand-drawn comical 'shunga' (pornographic picture) scroll like cartoon, Showa period, 20th century, Japan. Open: approx. L 230cm (90.55in), Close: approx. L 14 x D 3cm (5.51 x 1.18in)...
Vintage Japanese kiriwood kogo (box for incense during tea ceremony) in a form of an open fan with painted decoration of blooming kikyo-zaki (Japanese morning glory) and other flowers and grasses. Comes with tomobako (original storage box made by the artist) inscribed, signed and stamped with a seal of Munehiro Michiba, Very clever design, in perfect condition. Great piece in Japanese taste. Length 3 5/8 inches.
These three overlay glass snuff bottles were made in the 1980’s. They are in great condition.
1. Brown stylized dragon over translucent bubbles bottle is 2 ¾” high, 2 ¼” wide and
1 ¼” thick. It has an agate cap but without spoon.

English Corinthian style Gold leaf on carved wood Wall Bracket or Shelf, very heavy, 13 1/2" high, 18 1/2" wide and 9" deep corner to corner for maximum measurement and 9" deep point to point maximum, and 5 3/4" deep in the narrow center for maximum. This is a really pretty crystal Ruby Flashed Wakefield, aka Waterford, 5 1/2 inch diameter X 4 1/2 inch high Mint Comport made by Westmoreland Glass. This Comport has the Pie Crust Edge (Ruby Flashed on the Pie Crust edge and foot) and is signed WG on the bottom. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Modern carving pair with knife and fork. Made by Christofle in France, ca 1970. Tapering easy-grip silver-plated handles. Knife blade and 3-tine shank are stainless steel. Handy for the holidays and all the days in between. Marked. Good condition.

This is a vintage child's front from Paktia province in eastern Afghanistan. It measures 25 x 28 cm and is densely embroidered in silk thread in a tightly worked ladder stitch. The sides, shoulder and waist straps are executed in Bukhara stitching where the metallic threads are carefully laid in parallel and then meticulously fastened down with a cotton thread. This textile is estimated to date to the mid 20th century and is in excellent condition.
A very well made, hand painted, vintage Hungarian Herend Porcelain Factory figurine depicting a dancing male Hungarian peasant dressed in traditional Hungarian folk costume performing the national dance, " Lad."
The underside marked in blue with Herend Porcelain Factory mark and also with incised Herend and the number 5496.
