Chinese Export Rose Medallion Porcelain Pepper or Salt Shaker, 2 5/8" diameter, 1 1/8" high, made late 1880's, "Long Life" Chinese Character written in three(3) areas inside the circle, enclosed by typical Rose Medallion pattern with overglaze Famille Rose colors of the roses and butterflies in gold highlight. Marked "China" in red on the bottom and large hole for cork stopper.

Milk glass Red Roses mug. This mug is unmarked so I don't know the manufacture.

An English sterling silver 2 handle loving cup or large sugar bowl, fully hallmarked for London 1923. It measures 3-5/8" diameter and 2-7/8" tall. This item has never been engraved nor had a monogram. It has very attractive ornate handles and weighs 180 grams. It has a TR maker's mark along with a stamped ROSSI NORWICH 9098 on the bottom for Theodore Rossi. It is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. Chinese print, made in the 1950s by the National Museum in Taipei, of 16th or 17th century original fan. This print is part of a collection of four volumes each with 10 prints or paintings and fans. The woman is wearing elegant garments that billow in the wind as she stands atop a phoenix whose wings are flapping as they ascend through the clouds together, the sun glowing behind them. The image measures 8" wide. The book measures 15.25" tall 13" wide .5" deep.

Heisey Glass Company made Orchid from 1940-57. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. Thanks for looking.

Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Creamer & Sugar are in used condition. They are 4.75" tall.

A pair of Chinese yellow glazed porcelain ogee shaped bowls with incised design on both the inner and outer rim. The center is with an incised design of a lotus bloom. The base glazed in the same yellow with a six character Hongzhi script mark. On the base of each bowl there is a Jian Ding seal.

A pair of wild duck. Painted with ink and pigments on silk. Signed and sealed. It is attributed to Ishii Kinryo.

Ishii Kinryo(1842-1926) was a Japanese painter active during Meiji(1868-1912) - Taisho era(1912-1926)in Japan. He was a pupil of a prominent artist Furuichi Kinga(1805-1880) and Okamoto Shuki(1807-1862). Kinryo travelled all over the country and taught students at his art school after he got back to Okayama prefecture...

A marvelous three panel table screen done in a combination of Chinese hardwood and porcelain blanc de chine style panels. The central panel is an image of chrysanthemums in full bloom, the left panel is depicting bamboo and the right panel is a branch with dogwood-like flowers with a vine attached to its branches. Glass panels are used to protect the fine detailed work of the panels. Age: 20th century Size: Length" 16.26" Width: 9.6" Height: 7.75"

This porcelain monkey was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1964. The marking indicated this year. It is initialed by the artist Niels Nielsen. It measures 5 inches high and is 3 inches wide. The artist portrays a female monkey in a serene pose. She looks contented, sleepy and apparently pregnant. The modeling is well done and captures the character of our distant relative. She is hand painted in a naturalistic manner. Condition: Exellent first quality.

A hand-embroidered bag made by Pashtun nomads from Ghazni province (probably Katawaz), Afghanistan. Floral motifs combined with arabesques in herringbone stitch in silk thread on a purple silk background. The Bokhara couching technique is used to maximum effect, where the metallic threads are laid parallel to each other and fastened at regular intervals by tiny red stitches. Vintage Japanese kiriwood kogo (box for incense during tea ceremony) in a form of an open fan with painted decoration of blooming kikyo-zaki (Japanese morning glory) with leaves and tendrils. Comes with tomobako (original storage box made by the artist) inscribed, signed and stamped with a seal of Munehiro Michiba, Very clever design, in perfect condition. Great piece in Japanese taste. Wonderfully detailed shell open container, carved and pierced all around with twisting vines and branches bearing fruit, with carved rodent-like creatures that move loosely within the vegetation. This fine set includes six 4-3/8" coffee spoons in a velvet and silk lined fitted 6-5/8 x 5-3/4" box with gold stamping and brass fittings. Duncan & Miller Red Terrace 6" Square Plate. In good condition -- has one little itty-bitty flake on the inside rim. I have to mention it! This plate was produced in the 1940's. Sorry, but only have one. Very hard to find.

These 8 champagne glasses or sherbets were produced in Sweden by Orrefors. We believe they were made in the 1960s. The style is very “Modern.” The opening measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter and they are 4 3/4 inches high. They are all signed with a stylus on the foot. The glass is extremely thin at the rim then increases thickness to accommodate the cut pattern. They are colored with a pale amethyst tint. They are hand cut in a geometric pattern rather like a honey comb...

Interesting set of two Indian or Nepalese silver figurines of musicians, c. early 20th. century.

The figures are made of fairly high grade silver, at least .800 or more. They are well-made with lots of added bangles and both playing instruments.

Chinese antique double gourd Chinese famille rose porcelain vase with a design of prunus flowers on vines on one side and writing on the opposite side in black with multiple seals in red. On the base is a Jurentang mark in iron red.

Nearly a century old, this Noritake dessert set contains plates, cups and saucers, coffee pot, creamer, and sugar bowl (no cover). This set was purchased in the US between 1935 and 1937.

A small fire polished Galle cameo squatty cordial. The orange spider mum decoration is on a colorless ground which has a satin finish on the interior. The signature appears to be signature 9 as shown in Blount "French Cameo Glass." The signed piece is 1 ½ inches tall and 2 inches in diameter and there are no imperfections.

Bronze Bookends, Woman Drinking from Fountain head, 20th C. Size: The pair have a height of 5-1/4 inches, in good condition.
