LIBERTY BLUE by STAFFORDSHIRE was made circa 1975 - 1981.

The teapot has the usual crazing and one chip on the underside of the lid. Pictures 3 & 4 try to show the underside lip and the view from the top to give you a better view of the actual damage.

Pretty set of eight bone china coasters by Royal Worcester. Each has a hand painted transfer-printed floral bouquet design. The outer edges are ridged and the rims are gilt. In addition to their original purpose, the coasters could also be used for nut dishes or even butter pats.

Aldo Londi for Bitossi: a circular stoneware bowl, covered all over with Lava glaze, full of “volcanic” effects in intense shades of yellowish-green and orange. This pattern is also seen in vases, boxes etc. from Bitossi. Aldo Londi was the artistic leader of this renown Italian ceramic company. Marked 3030/564 (?) and Italy. Early open vessel by Toshiko Takaezu (USA, 1922-2011). Signed with the TT signature. Over 10" high and approximately 11" across. From a North Carolina estate. This work was probably created by the artist when she taught at Penland. In excellent condition.

A delicately modelled hand painted figure group made by the Herend Porcelain Manufactory, Hungary, during the 1950s or the 1960s. Condition: excellent - no losses and no restoration. 19cm (7.5 inches) high; 14cm (5.5 inches) across.

A stoneware pitcher made up by a tall and narrow cylinder and a semispherical shape, united by a circular handle. Greige and matte glaze with pin holes and other “volcanic” effects, the inside white and glossy. Illegible signature under the glaze, possibly for Bruno Gambone Italy. Height "7/ 18 cm. This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Hungary by the Herend Factory between 1950 and 1970. The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 3/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 inches high. The set is made of fine quality porcelain. There is a basket-weave motif molded into the porcelain. The rim of the cup is scalloped. It is decorated with a form of “pink onion” design in raspberry color. The pattern is quite intricate and is accented with gold...

A pair of globular small electric bedside lamps decorated with roses hand painted by Joseph Nekola Junior and sold by Plitchta, London. Joseph, the son of Karel Nekola an original decorator at Weymss, was taught by his father to paint the well know roses. Original hand thrown and hand enameled vase by Gilbert Portanier (France, born 1926). This vase measures roughly 7", with a diameter at the base of 5". It is signed with Portanier's distinctive monogram near the base. In excellent condition except for a glaze chip near the mouth of the vase. Portanier is one of the most important ceramic artists in the second half of the twentieth century in France.

Small bottle-shape vase by Dean Mullavey (Canadian, born in New Hampshire, USA, in 1927), in excellent condition. This small stoneware bottle measures 4 1/4" in height. Incised signature and chop.
