Offering this small unusual 18th century English wine glass with a trumpet bowl on opaque color twist stem with two spiral threads, red and white, over a vertical gauze. In excellent original condition, no chips, no cracks, etc., it measures 4.25 inches high, base and rim 2" diameter. Circa 1760. More photos and information upon request.

A late 19th or early 20th Century porcelain snuff bottle, painted in shades of underglaze blue and pale olive green, depicting a lady and three boys in an interior or enclosed garden setting. The green hardstone stopper is probably jade and the spatula is finely carved ivory. Condition: there are many small burst production glaze bubbles: no chips or cracks and there has been no restoration. 7.5cm ( 3 inches) high (without stopper).

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory in 1909. It has an impressed date code indicating this year. The porcelain blank is molded with a basket weave border and the area where the handle is attached on the cup has raised flowers. The ground color is ivory with a hint of iridescence. Little blue flowers are attached to finely gilded, vine-like tendrils. All of the hand painting is ultra-delicate, with precision detail...

A genuine Shan State Bronze Buddha, 17/18th Century, subduing Mara and sitting on a fine stepped throne. Front base has engraved Shan script. The Buddha is filled and heavy, not hollow. It also has an old original dark patina with traces of gilt and very few remnants of cinnabar paint. Size: Height 20.5 cm x 13 cm (8.25" x 5.25" inches). Good condition overall.

An antique finely hand carved wooden box from Northern Thailand. Has hinges so the cover opens and folds back. Size:length 34 cm x width 23 cm x height 20 cm. (13.5" x 9" x 8"). Rare find!

The wood appears to be old jichi wood that is exceptionally well-carved with twisting tree trunks of pine and plum intertwined to form the body, while stylized pine needles and plum blossoms encircle the perimeter. The pine and plum trunks are carved to show their contrasting textures. The piercing and depth of the carving give an energetic quality to the piece. Based on the carving, this stand was not intended as a fitted stand for a particular vase or sculpture...

Antique Japanese multi tired chest with single double hinged central compartment. All sides are decorated with circular gold lacquered bamboo, camilas, peony scene interspersed with the gold Tokugawa Shogunate family crest. Condition is consistent with age and does show wear. Very sturdy and is 100% complete. Ready to be enjoyed for many more years to come.

23054816 Beautiful jeweled Crown Milano sweet meat. The piece has a silver plate lid with turtle. The swirled rib jar has 5 jeweled starbursts over the scrolled medallions. There are no missing jewels. The jar is 4 ½ inches in diameter and 4 3/4 inches tall. The jar is unmarked.

Japanese antique Bugaku theatre mask for Genjoraku dance. The imperial court dance has been performed for over 12 hundred years. During the Edo Period, the dance was performed as part of shrine festivals to celebrate prosperity and peace. This mask is carved of wood with a moveable jaw. Painted cast iron horsehead nameplate by Hubley, intended for use on a stable door, probably at a racetrack or horse farm. Two screws are meant to hold an engraved nameplate to the horseshoe. This would make a great name plate on the front door of a home.

Origin: America, c. 1920. Condition: excellent, less than 5% paint loss. Size: 8" x 4" x 3" deep.

Antique Japanese mixed metal kabuto (samurai helmet) and iron mempo (samurai face guard) mounted on metal stands.
The kabuto is also listed separately as item #1464528. A rare example Japanese zunari kabuto (samurai helmet) made all of iron with a mixed metal (gold & silver) design of a dragon in swirling clouds. The eyes and whiskers of the dragon are inlaid gold and it's body coils all the way around the hachi (dome)...

This necklace is composed of 59 spherical beads of variegated nephrite jade connected by a ½ inch gold clasp. The beads graduate from smaller at the ends to larger toward the middle. Each bead is mottled with apple-green, white and black colors and display a soft polish from wear. Overall good condition.
