Enoch Wood historical Staffordshire dark blue transfer plate, Moulin sur la Marne a Charenton, from the French series. Circa 1825. Pearlware with grapevine border and with pottery's impressed WOOD mark and underglaze blue pattern name. Size: 9 1/8" diameter. Condition is very good apart from some light staining to reverse of plate.

A Ridgway Salt Glaze Relief Molded Stoneware Pitcher; Signed in Imprint "Published by W Ridgway & Co. Hanley October 1, 1835". There is a Pewter Lid on the Beige Body, with the Figures Telling the Story of Tam O'Shanter, from the Robert Burns (1759-1796) poem. I Shows a pub scene to one side, and an equestrian scene to the other. Dimensions; 9" high. Height 9 inches. The pitcher is in excellent condition, but the pewter lid is loose, but not damaged.

French Sevres Porcelain Plate, Ca. 1804-1809, 8 1/2" diameter, 3/4" high, hand painted with multiple floral design in the center, and molded low relief Bisque finish wide rim border with Angels holding floral banners repeated design, wrapped around with thin gold rim. Marked "M.JMP je de Sevres" in red on the bottom. The condition is good, thin gold rim is somewhat rubbed off in some area.

Sugar bowl and lid, an early piece from the Boch manufacture in Luxembourg. Urn-shaped, with a stylized tulip border, the sides with mask “handles”, all in the Empire style of the late 18th / early 19th century. The base with the impressed circle mark BOCH A (LUXEMBOURG) that was in use 1813-1835. Height "5 ¼ / 13.3 cm. Condition: bowl with hairlines, repair to the lid.

Yellow Shell, part tea service: a slop bowl and a dish, three cups and two saucers. This very popular folk art or naïve style pattern was produced in more than one Staffordshire kiln in the early 19th century, among them Ridgway & Sons and Machin. The pattern number used by Machin was 208, a number that can be seen on the back of the slop bowl. The diameter of the slop bowl is "6/ 15,5 cm and of the saucers appr. Pair of early 19th century Staffordshire mirror image figurines of a girl riding a goat. The coloring is excellent featuring vibrant cobalt blue coats. There is with some crazing which is good. There is a section of the "spaghetti" on one goat's tail that is missing and it appears to be a manufacturing flaw, see 2nd photo. There is also a very small chip or flaw to the hem of one skirt...

Two double-handled cake plates with natural flowers surrounded by a border in cobalt blue, cream and gilt. Unmarked, c 1830 and probably by Ridgway. Width "9 ¼ and 9 ¾ / 23.5 and 24.5 cm respectively. Condition: a firing crack to one plate visible from behind, otherwise fine.

Circa 1830, historical dark blue Staffordshire teapot with a different scene on each side. One side shows 3 men chopping down a tree with a house in the background. The opposing side depicts a train engine pulling a coach. This teapot was produced by Enoch Wood & Sons (1818 - 1846) of Staffordshire. The deep blue color is remarkable as well as its excellent condition. Measures 10.5ʺ wide, 5ʺ deep, 7ʺ high.

A pair of hand painted English porcelain dessert serving dishes, probably Spode, lozenge shaped with lobes and decorated with floral sprays and sprigs in bright colors with gilt scalloped border and gilt floral design in the apexes. No marks on the base, but this form with the elegant gilding in the apexes is ascribed to Spode and from early in the 19th century. Length 10 ¼, width 7 ¼ and height 2 inches.

Condition: No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Almost no wear.

A Delft blue and white pottery vase in the form of a leaping carp, a model known in 17th century Japan. Base with "AK" mark. Please refer to a similar vase in the Sunory Museum in Tokyo (https://www.suntory.com/sma/collection/data/detail?lang=en&id=389). Dimension: c. 18 cm high. Condition: 3 chips.

An extremely fine antique English porcelain coffee can, of flared form, made by the Chamberlain Worcester factory. The cup features a beautiful bouquet of flowers and stunning gilding on the borders, the entire interior, and the entire handle. It is fully marked with painted red script on the bottom. The handle is quite unusual and uncommon, not even appearing in Geoffrey Godden's book on Chamberlain Worcester...

A pair of candlesticks with a dark blue ground decorated with gilt insects and raised beaded rings. Though unmarked this is a color and decoration that was made by Masons from about 1815 to 1825. 8 inches tall and 5 inches diameter at the base. (20 cm tall and 13 cm diameter at base).

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France by a Paris Porcelain decorator circa 1800. It is unmarked but there are some incised marks in the porcelain that you often find with Paris pieces. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/8 inches and it is 1 1/2 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The set is decorated in the Sevres style. It has a band of pink and aqua with borders of leaves, berries and gilded flowers...

This porcelain plate was produced in France by the Boyer studio at Rue de la Paise between 1817 and 1834. There is a coat of arms with a Latin motto in the border. It reads, “Vel Arte, Vel Marte” or “Or Skill or Initiative”. The plate measures 10” in diameter. The hand painted scene shows a noble hunting party on horseback, accompanied by packs of dogs, chasing a deer. This was painted by a highly accomplished artist, using depth and proportion with fine detail...
