Circa 1900, a large needlework panel done in petit and gros point of a dog sitting on a stool in front of a window and bordered by various floral panels. Colors are cream and varied tones of reds, browns and tan. In a museum quality antique tiger maple frame with gold gilt liner and a wood panel back, it measures 23 x 26". Embroidery sight size measures 17.5” x 20.5".

A beautiful, iridescent, signed Favrile-type glass compote made by Quezal around 1910. The compote is 5 1/4 inches wide and 5 inches high. It is in fine condition. Signed on the polished pontil.

The quality of the painted decoration makes this one of the finest examples of 19th century Canton we’ve seen. The entire pot is heavily decorated in a naturalistic array of peonies, cherry blossoms and chrysanthemums. The upper border has a beautiful scalloped pattern while the lip is decorated in a traditional Greek key-type design...

This porcelain trinket box was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1900. It has a diameter of 3 inches and is 1 ¾ inches high. It is made of the finest porcelain with a high gloss glaze. It is hand painted in Art Nouveau style with a bunch of pink roses and foliage. There is gold trim around the rims of both pieces. Condition: Excellent, first quality

Applied iris flowers with loose and crisscrossing tendrils and stems in eddying water. Foot has cutout flower heads and engraved wraparound tendrils. Gorgeous period motif on spot-hammered ground.
