This pre-1960 Matl Matilde Poulat necklace is absolutely magnificent. Collector quality, with beautiful birds, a large turquoise egg, branch coral, and turquoise and coral cabochons, this piece has a huge presence. Measures a closed, wearable length of just over 20". Weight is 80 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Matl Patente 10963 Mexico 925", with the eagle assay 129. In excellent vintage condition with a rich patina.

This exceptional verre eglomise rock crystal panel depicts a maiden in classical dress playing with a hound. She sits on a plinth in a clearing with cypress trees in the background. The scene is backed with grayish mother-of-pearl that seems to create a sky of swirling clouds. The reverse of the pendant is simply finished with pale grayish-blue silk. The plaque is simply mounted in an 18K yellow gold frame with a bail at the top...

Extraordinary and bold, this Spratling design was created & hallmarked c. 1951. In exquisite condition with 70 years of unpolished patina, the pin measures 3 3/4" X 2 3/4" & weighs 40 grams. The carved, heart shaped obsidian stone hangs freely and catches light beautifully. Hallmarked WS and SPRATLING OF MEXICO. This beautiful turquoise necklace is comprised of disk shaped turquoise beads, spaced with black glass beads. It has been recently re-strung and is ready for wear. It has a new sterling silver toggle clasp. The strand measures approximately 23" long. The beads are graduated and measure approximately 3/4" in diameter at the largest; and 1/4" at the smallest. It is in excellent condition and the overall weight is 227.5 grams.

Hallmarks date this magnificent early Matilde Poulat necklace to 1934-1948. The centerpiece is huge, measuring 5" wide and 3 1/8" tall, with beautiful birds and and three large faceted purple flowers in a vase. Hand-wrought with exquisite repoussé silver work. This necklace has an early design period made by William Spratling at the beginning of the Mexican Silver Renaissance. Also the necklace boasts a roomy 16.75 inches of wearable length. The amethyst stone is 1.25 inches in diameter. The stone has milky swirl and gives the look of a partial moon. A very nice appeal to the design. Circa mid-century, this Antonio Pineda cuff is a book-piece design shown in "Silver Seduction: The Art of Mexican Modernist Antonio Pineda". Pure eye candy, this concave cuff features nine conical amethysts which appear to be floating on a center pivoting arm. The amethysts are wonderful old Mexican stones with natural inclusions and quartz marbling. This will fit a smaller wrist. Mine is 6" and it fits me comfortably with room to spare. A vintage 18K yellow gold and diamond ring in the "Tiffany Signature Series" created by Tiffany & Co. in 1992. The classic design is the form of three reeded bands studded with round brilliant-cut diamonds to create a sort of basketweave pattern. The diamonds are F/VVS1. The interior of the shank is marked "1992 Tiffany & Co. 750".

A very fine dress set, comprising a pair of barbell cufflinks and four shirt studs fashioned from large South Sea black pearls set in 18K yellow gold. The pearls in the cufflinks are approximate 12.9mm and those in the studs are approximately 10.6mm. The pearls, with good luster and surface condition, are graded as AA quality. The body color of the cufflink pearls are grayish-silver with rose overtones and the stud pearls are blackish-silver with rose and green overtones...

A beautiful 18K gold ring containing a miniature portrait of a pretty young girl wearing a bicorn hat. The painting is surrounded with authentic seed pearls.

The condition of the painting itself, and the ring, is excellent. The blue section showing in the photo of the underside is a bit of tape that was used to allow a snugger fit for the finger of a previous owner. The front of the ring measures 1 1/8" by 7/8". The ring is a size 7 1/2.

Los Castillo design number 291 is an amazing piece of wearable art. The repousse has carving on top that only consists of masterful strokes. The necklace has a wearablility of 17 inches. Each dragon is 3in. tall and 2.5in. wide. The repousse is thick with a quality weight of 100 grams heavy. There are no dents or damage or repairs of any kind.
