Designed by Frank Hess for Haskell in the 1950's, perhaps earlier. This elegant set has the old Haskell horseshoe name plate on the back of the brooch (see picture).Beautiful glass flowers with matching blue pronged rhinestones and beads. Double filigree backing. This sterling silver, mod pin / brooch measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/2" x 1/2". It is truly extraordinary. Its textured surface looks like tin foil. It has a spherical, green chalcedony stone and is circa 1970's. It is in excellent condition and has a good heft.
