A large cabochon of Baltic amber with a deep, nicely distributed color is mounted within a sterling floral surround; the mounting has a closed back. The amber exhibits hardly any wear. The back has a working original rollover clasp as well as the maker’s mark of Niels Erik From of Denmark. The pin measures about 1 5/8 inches across.

A vintage MCM large sterling silver sun brooch or pendant by the Talleres Monasticos Monks who signed their work EMAUS.

This stylized sun measures 4 1/4" high and 4 1/4" across. Has a large bale so can be worn on a thick chain or neck ring collar. Also has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. There is a little pitting on the pin part.

Marked EMAUS 925 and Eagle #3 on the bale. There are also some initials that we can't read...

A stand out modernist sterling silver Neck Ring from Finland designed by Pekka Piekainen for Auran Kultaseppa, Oy. He was the head jewelry designer for the company from 1971-89 and had won many prestigious awards.

Marked on the back for Kultaseppa, Finland silver standard, 925H, Town mark for Turku, and T7 for the date code 1972.

Elegant platinum and diamond bracelet designed by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co. The bracelet features 23 collet-set 10-point round brilliant-cut diamonds spaced along a platinum chain. The Nordic-style pendant is suspended from a cable chain with two large rings and no clasp. The back of the pendant bears the maker’s mark of Kalevala Koru, of Helsinki, Finland. It also shows the mark for the year 1971. A vintage sterling silver curb link or chain link charm bracelet. This bracelet measures 7-1/2" long and 1/4" wide c1960-70. The links are solid, it weighs 13.7 grams and it has a spring-ring catch. It is stamped COREL STERL and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

A vintage hand made large pendant in an abstract design reminiscent of the work of Jack Boyd in bronze or brass.

The pendant is attached to the neck ring with two round connectors with balls at each end. Measures 5 1/2" long including the connectors and 4 1/4" at the widest. It is slightly curved so lays nicely when worn, not too heavy.

Neck ring measures about 15" around with an opening of 1 3/4". There is some flexibility to adjust the size.

Has some tarnish.

A Vintage Modernist abstract clamper cuff bracelet made of Sterling Silver signed Zagal Tasco. Measures approximately 7" around and 1 7/8" at the widest. Marked Zagal, Tasco, Hecho en Mexico, and Sterling on the inside. Marked with eagle #3 also. In very fine condition. Some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Heavy and well made. Spring is tight. Great organic design.

These clip earrings from the 1970's are marked Christian Dior with an unreadable patent number. They are silver and hematite. 7/8" by 7/8".

Made in 1978, this vintage English sterling silver ring epitomizes the timeless appeal of Wedgwood jasper "cameo" rings. Sized for a man (yet resizable by a jeweler to fit a woman as well) this vintage Mexican silver and carved amethyst "mask" ring attracted me with its unusual brutalist setting. I don't think I have ever encountered a "mask" in a brutalist ring and I was quite thrilled with the discovery despite the fact that the stone was showing its age and the shank was burdened with a huge blob of solder thanks to somebody's clumsy attempt at resizing...

A clean, modernist design characterizes this ring, which is composed of a graduated rounded sterling band inset with an irregularly shaped piece of teak or rosewood. It mostly likely dates from the late 1960s to mid-1970s. There is an unidentified triangular mark on the outer band. The ring tests strongly for silver, and is probably European. It is sized a 6 1/4.
